A Palestinian youth was killed and a soldier was moderately injured when a Golani force was attacked last night by stones, blocks, and Molotov cocktails thrown by Palestinian rioters.
Golani troops advanced after being ambushed by Palestinian youths. One of the stones hit a soldier, who received first aid in the field and was then brought to a hospital. The force returned fire on the rioters and killed on, a 20 year old man.
The IDF said they are investigating the incident, but stress that this was a standard procedure in such an event.
