He is not twelve yet. He lacks the legal capacity to commit crime! This sadly again is an indictment on the system that will allow a child like this to be involved in such a shameful act. The best the government should do in this case is to release the boy to his parents.

     in this case the boy was not even arrested commiting the crime. What the authority has against him is that he was seen in police uniform. So, the possible insinuations of his committing a crime with am adult is unfounded.

     he is still very young to be kept in such facility. He is better protected if he is allowed to go home with instructions to his parents or guidians.
