Chief James Abiodun Faleke is now been touted in several quarters of having the wherewithal to lead Kogi state to the promise land as he is expected to continue from where late Alhaji Abubakar Audu stopped if allowed to run,fears are rife that if the All Peoples Congress [A.P.C]refuses to yield and gives the ticket in the next polls to Governor Yahaya Bello ,then any of the rival parties especially the Peoples Democratic Party[P.D.P]which is very formidable will win the state

Elders of Kogi East Senatorial District of Nigeria are about  press time doing all that they can to wrestle power from the hands of the present Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello..

This is not because of the fact that he is an Ebira man from kogi Central but due to his gross incompetence as a public servant.

To this end,highly informed sources told The News office Desk of E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria at  Ihima in Kogi state of Nigeria ,that the likes of Senator Ahmadu Alli and a Former Chief Justice of the state,Justice Moses Eri amongst several others have all vowed to do all that was humanly possible to push Bello out of office as they see his continued stay at Mount Patti's Governors Lodge in Lokoja ,Kogi state as a big slap in the face of the citizenry.

The sources further revealed that the duo ,both elder statesmen find it difficult to accept the fact that somebody who was caught red handed over the Independent National Electoral Commision's [INEC]double registration affair was still been paraded as Governor and had even gone ahead to challenge the affront in a court of competent jurisdiction for legal interpretation not minding the  level of immunity the politician enjoys .

The source speaks:"He is very guilty of double registration as alleged and the report that INEC has laid down three of their staff on account of that is very true"

"INEC staff that helped him to perpetrate the crime were moved to the Government House from INEC office where the original registration was to take place "
"Justice Eri ,Former Chief Justice of Kogi state ,Senator Ahmadu Alli and other Igala Elders have since gone to court to challenge the lagality of the continued presence3 of Bello in the Government House due to the double registration saga"

"Nobody will have known of the double registration crime if they had not made a noise about it on the social media  and the web,claiming that the Governor who was said to have not registered has finally registered"

"Then again ,the 3 INEC workers that were sacked as a result of the incident proved beyond every reasonable doubt that they were guilty because they did not go to challenge the issue in court to prove their innocence"

"so even if he is enjoying immunity now as a Governor ,when he finishes his term of office or he is kicked out by the law  then it is very much likely that he can still go to jail"

However ,some sources were of the opinion that the Governor will likely try to appeal any form of judgment against him thus causing delays in his possible removal from office.

This reporter was duly informed that the Revenue House in Lokoja ,Kogi state was the only known landmark project that the Bello regime had executed in his 2 years of tour duty in office as Governor of Kogi state of Nigeria.

It was gathered that the Governor had become so swollen headed in office that several prominent citizens of the state have been brow beaten to silence for fear of their lives as the politician is said to run a highly sophisticated gun running agency:a militia group made of local thugs.

Multiple sources confirm that Alhaji Hadi Ametuo,Chairman of the state Chapter of the All Progressices Congress[A.P.C]at inception ,now live in exile after  paid up assassins visited him at his Country Home in Okene on at least two occassions.

In a related issue,The Ohinoyi of Ebira Land,His Royal Highness ,Alhaji Ado Ibrahim ,who is believed to have extended a large portion of his good will en route to victory for the politician  at the last polls was warned to steer clear of Bello's path or be dethroned from office when the monarch tried to chip in an advice on the protracted crisis in the state.

Sources from the Auditor General's office and the Accountant General office in Lokoja ,Kogi state of Nigeria told this reporter in full confidence that the state had enough raw cash in its vaults to pay salaries and pensions but that the Governor was just been wicked.
