The Lawmaker representing Oshodi/Isolo Constituency 1, at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Olusola Abdulhakeem Sokunle, will be launching 2 Air-Conditioned School buses and 5 Air-Conditioned Taxi Car, tomorrow February 13th, 2018.
The
school buses are to be conveying public schools students in Oshodi free
every morning and afternoon after closing while the 5 cars would be
given to five trained commercial taxi car drivers who are members of the
Constituency.
According to the Lawmaker, the School buses are to ease the stress of mobility which the students of the Constituency is facing and also to dignify Oshodi students. The commercial taxi cars are to reduce poverty and create jobs for skilled drivers in the Constituency as the beneficiaries would have economic power which would rub on the welfare of their families.
All members of the Constituency are equally invited to witness the historic event.
The venue is Owoseni Primary School, Oshodi, Lagos State.
