p]Barrister Wole Olanipekun, the lead Counsel of the second respondent closed his case in August,2019.
The tribunal started its seating at around 9:30 a.m. with The News office Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria joining to monitor proceeedings at the International Press Center in Lagos,Nigeria at around 10:23 a.m.
The atmosphere was fully charged up in Abuja where the Presidential elections tribunal was seating on the 11th September,2019.
The  court room was filled up to the brim with a sea of heads ,with 95 percent of them been highly respected members of the legal trade in Nigeria.
At least not less than 78 members of the bench were spotted in the court room ,some of the dignitaries spotted by the eagle view of the News office Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria showed that the likes of Mr Adams Oshiomhole ,Chairman of the All Progressive Congress,Dr Chris Ngige,Barrister Babatunde Raji,Abba Kyari,Chief of Staff to Buhari,Festus Keyamo .Mallam Nuhu Ribadu  were all seated as they represented the interests of the A.P.C in court.
The interests of the Peoples Democratic Party [P.D.P.] were represented by Mr Uche Secondus ,Chairman of the party with most of the top guns of the party staying away thus fuelling suggestions that perhaps the content of the judgment may have being known to some persons before the real day.
There was a clear division in the manner the Nigerian press covered The Presidential election tribunal as while some of the leading networks like Channels Television paid more attention to showing the faces of the A.P.C. Chieftains in the court as against that of the African Independent Television [A.I.T]that paid greater attention to showing Chief Uche Secondus and Barrister Mike Ozekhome ,the lead counsel for the P.D.P. thus clearly outlining the clear bias  of the nations gate keepers .
At a point at around 3:20 p.m. ,a bespectacled woman who was spotted in the long drawn court session was seen answering to the call of nature as she quietly drifted up to sleep due to the unusually long court proceedings.

Expectedly when this reporter went to town ,faithful of the two warring political gladiators had varying interpretations with the winners happy about the turn of events while the losers had sour grapes to eat in the bargain.
