It  was learnt through an impeccable Defence source  how the Nigerian military High Command went on a looting spree in a war it was supposed to have being one of the umpires fighting to maintain peace through the Ecowas Peace keeping force called ECOMOG.

The Defence source told this reporter exclusively at the time of the Liberian Civil war ,he was shocked to discover that some officials of ECOMOG were busy selling arms to the warring factions comprising Late President Samuel Doe,Former President Charles Taylor and now Senator Yormie Johnson as the war raged on.

He pointed out that usually the warring factions were warned not to shoot at each other within 100 kilometers radius from where ever they buy the arms.

The source attacked the West for their hypocrisy on the Syrian crisis saying the same people who detested Bashir Al Assad of Syria will still sell arms to him to fight because they needed to make money.
