IRAN IN NIGERIA’S TERROR WATCH LIST
BY ABDULMUMINI ADEKU.
OFFICERS OF THE NIGERIAN ARMY SHOWED NO MERCY RECENTLY IN ZARIA AS THEY SHOWED WHO REALLY WAS IN CHARGE
The Islamic Republic of Iran is on the terror watch list of the Nigerian Federal Government
.
In an exclusive investigation by the News Office Desk of
Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos,Nigeria ,it was discovered that the recent
face-off between the military High Command and the Islamic Movement of Nigeria
[I.M.N],proponents of Shiite Islam in Nigeria was not an accident at all but
was tragedy waiting to happen for a long time.
Sometimes in 2012,Imam Yoruba of Ilorin, Sheikh Abdulraheem
Aduranigba told this reporter exclusively about how an Ilorin Islamic cleric was on the
run due to his linkage with some hard core Islamic group based in Tehran which
was not making state security experts comfortable.
There has also being traces of huge stock of arms been
illegally shipped into our shores in the past from Tehran,Iran.
Aside from this are several Nigerian students who travel to
Iran for Islamic Education with fears
rife in some quarters of there been turned against the state.
A source told this reporter recently that for the Shiite
followers of Sheikh Ibrahim El Zakzaky to claim that they will not allow the
Chief Of Army Staff ,General Buratai to pass a major road en route to his
paying homage to the palace of the Emir of Zaria,Alhaji Shehu Idris shows that
there was a hidden agenda.
The source noted that the almost spontaneous reaction of
Tehran ,Iran and the flurry of diplomatic activities over the matter by the
Shiite globally and even Saudi Arabia’s official position on the matter shows
that the group were another “Boko Haram” that had not made their position known
publicly.
The source hinged his theory on the reported age long confrontational
attitude that the group have displayed each time they were being made to respect
state policies as against the groups believe in theocracy.
In a related issue, the Northern Branch of the
Muslim Youth Organisation [N.A.C.O.M.Y.O}has condemned the attitude of Shiite
groups in its recent clash with the military in Zaria,Kaduna state in which
over 1,000 followers of Shiite Islamic
sect leader ,Sheikh Ibrahim El Zakzaky lost their lives in the orgy of violence in a show of
supremacy due to the refusal of the religious group to submit themselves to the
whims and caprices of state authorities
