Dear Sir,
RE-: PETITION AGAINST NATIONAL UNION OF ROAD TRANSPORT WORKERS
PARK PATROL/MONITORING TEAM IJU/ISHAGA AGEGE AREA.

Am Mr. Sylva Isaiah but popularly known as SILKELLY by fans as a musician.
A  Keke operator /musician by Occupation by virtue of mercy and the grace of God.
Ever since I started running the tricycle[ Keke] driving business have being suffering from  lots of losses, embarrassment, discriminations and restrictions from the public through the (NURTW) National Union of road transport workers Iju- ishaga agege park patrol/monitoring team including those called Agbero

The name of the union where I registered initially is the AGEGE UNIT C, Which operates from Elliot Ishaga /Agege to ogba In ifako ijaiye local government area.  And the Man- in- charge is Baba Olowo (branch chairman) whose kind gesture has given me the privilege to work in any of this route that fall on these axis without any problem.
But my major problems or Stumbling block  is the National Union of road transport workers, iju-ishaga, agege ,ifako-ijaiye branches The park patrol /monitoring teams and the agbero.
They said I must be on the queue to pick up at least three or four passengers on my tricycle [keke] before am eligible to exit from the park at Elliot to shaga round about to get to anywhere am going with passengers or else I would be restricted from working or even get arrested.
This is  the problem I go through on a  daily basis  in Ishaga  ,agege, then that of ogba is that am not eligible to pick up passengers within the axis of  Ogba bus-stop unless its 7pm or else I will go through the same penalty. Please Sir, Keke transport  is what am using to take care of myself and” Family’’ I don’t want to be a liability in our society  but ‘rather’ wants  to be useful, resourceful ,relevant, global figure, independent and purposeful   and help to add value  to our society at large. This is  why am pleading to the Ministry of Justice to come to my aid, and help me  put an end to  all these plagues before me  so that  I can fulfill my destiny in God.
Thanks
Silkelly Sylva
