Dear Sir,
i ,Abdulmumini ireyi Adeku,hereby submit publicly that i founded E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos ,Nigeria from the ashes of the now largely rested :Economic News Media Enterprises.
At the time ,Economic News Media Enterprises was fully operational ,i had just 30 percent stake in it despite being its founder with the remainder of 70 percent shared equally between a couple,Mr and Mrs Davids Awanebi who were both partners in the company at the time..
Economic News Media Enterprises operated from the 30th September,2005 till around 10th to 15th May,2009,with it producing the following :First Voice Newspapers ,E.N.M.Business and Economy Newspapers ,GBN LIVE online Broadcasting Company ,with pod castings provided for radio and television, Skydecoder ,a multi-channel web decoder at the time.
However, we resumed operations again in 2013,Septembe 2nd under a new brand name called :E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group and have not looked back ever since despite market challenges which we have had to weather.
Due to the fact that Mr Davids Awanebi and his wife,Madam Tomi Awanebi behaved in an unwholesome manner towards me which i challenged ,the company suffered in the process leading to the duo leaving the firm after it became apparent to them that they had finally made it insolvent though they did left me with some documentations:this allegations can be investigated with witnesses provided if need be.
Complaints via protests and petitions i wrote to the Nigerian Bar Association 's Human Rights Panel over the board room situations that engulfed the group can be cross checked with them by any one and the latter were kind enough to send one of their men to follow me to the Corporate Affairs Commission's office somewhere at Billingsway around Oregun area of Ikeja,Lagos,Nigeria sometimes in 2008.
When we resumed operations in 2013,we decided to move up in the scale of our operations so as to have access to bigger opportunities and options in the market place globally, and so we talked to a financial consultant ,Mr Adeyinka Abdulrahaman Shoboyede ,who was as at then operating officially as The Chief Executive officer of Ideal Realtors and Financial Services Limited about our predicament in respect to finding seed funds for registering a blue chip as a limited outfit as we invited him to invest upon which we made him a Director after getting his consent..
We did not see this as wrong as the rules allowed for those in the financial services and legal services industry to assist businesses in company registration .
Due to our relationship with Mr Shoboyede at the time or so we felt ,we gave him a 10 percent stake in the new venture to be called officially as E.N.M Paedia Express Multimedia Group and he then returned the acts of goodwill by giving us what was supposed to be a corporate name which will enhance our legal footing pending when we raise the cash to register fully.
We had no reasons to think that he had any designs as he told us he registered the outfit during his previous years in advertising as he gave us the names:Grafix Communication Company with a GT Bank Account Number 206174197110,but efforts to get the full documentations regarding the said company was rebuffed by him insisting on the fact that we should trust him and which we did as this is probably the most essential ingredient to corporate business anywhere.
i was taken aback when in September,2017,upon the public declaration of my personal and corporate assets profile for the first time publicly,Mr Shoboyede blocked me from his Facebook fan page and even a visit i made to his office did not get any form of positive response and then i became suspicious of his true intent and purposes .
Before this a GT Bank Account which he gave to me to use for the group was rejected at the United Bank For Africa PLC as it was said to be in excess of a digit and hence should provide the correct ten digits:Enquiries on this can be directed to officials of Sunbird African Media Limited via +2347063819929 and the account number again without a mistake is 206174197110..
I have decided to sever ties officially with Mr Shoboyede due to his anger at my public declaration of the company's books as this is not in conformity with our corporate values which is based on probity.
My allegations against Mr Yinka Abdulrahaman Shoboyede can and should be investigated by law enforcement agents whom we have sent red alerts to early this morning.
An external auditor has being appointed by us and is helping to knock our books into shape based on the information we have provided formally to them .
As at 31st, December,2017,in a phone conversation, The Auditor assured me confidently that the tax authorities will not sanction me since we have a special case but quickly added that we should give him time to work on the job that we have given to him and this can be verified.
So at the moment,the group comprising over 12 different divisions uses E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group as its brand names while it uses Economic News Media Enterprises [E.N.M.]as its registered trading names and again this can be verified at the Corporate Affairs Commission by anyone who wishes to know.
We are however working our socks off to raise the cash via legal means so as to harmonize both the brand and trading names and again we are not the only corporate firm who have operated with different brand and trading names both locally and globally .
The major challenge for me or the group as an entity is that we do not enjoy the air of "free-money"available to a lot of government friends and so we have had to wait for months on end to get a client to pay up as we are still being owed officially ,again :this can be verified by anyone who wishes to dig especially the press who are praying night and day for our downfall.
i agree that am a tax debtor without a doubt,but i disagree in very strong terms to been tagged a tax evader because am responsible enough to know the importance of tax to the nation's economy.
i also will plead with the systems to give us a good level playing field with our other rivals in the market place so to be able to furfill our obligations to the market or the nation without any form of bias or prejudice.
We also use this medium to call on all private,public,Non Governmental and foreign owned enterprises to avail themselves of the media spaces available at E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria ,so that we can make more money.
The more money we make ,the more cash we will be ready to pay into the state vaults for tax as we are a socially responsible company.
It's note worthy to state that all financial transactions and payments made to the group since 2005 to me on an individual basis has being made to my personal bank accounts or by hand directly.
I have held several informal meetings with at least two officials of The Federal Inland Revenue Services of my willingness to cooperate with their activities to boost nationhood ,just directly opposite where i live at Ifako Ijaiye in Lagos,Nigeria ,again this claims can be verified.
Federal and State tax regulatory authorities can take Economic News Media Enterprises[E.N.M.] and the contentious :Grafix Communications Company legally as i expect that they should be dissatisfied with the above subject and we will come forward for a proper defence.

His personal company :Ideal Realtors and Financial Services Limited has enjoyed a honorarium worth over N25.4million from us for services it knew it was not going to render,we want to know why and how did he achieved this.
We deeply regret any inconvenience that this may have caused or will cause tax officials and likely law enforcement personnel to investigate this acts which are spurious indeed.
Activities of E.N.M Paedia Express Trust are moderated under incubation in synergy with Professor Maurice Fangnon 's Centre for The Defence of Human Rights and Democracy In Africa at the 9th Floor ,50/52 Broad Street, C.M.S., Bookshop House, Lagos ,Nigeria ,again my story can be investigated for confirmation from the relevant authorities..
