BAYELSA GOVERNORSHIP: ALAIBE; THE BEGINNING OF DIRI'S END IN THE SHADOWS OF LYON?

BAYELSA GOVERNORSHIP: ALAIBE; THE BEGINNING OF DIRI'S END IN THE SHADOWS OF LYON? Image result for supreme court of nigeria
PART 1: ALAIBE'S ARGUMENT
(By Amaso Jack)
" On those qualified to vote on September 3rd, Abadi said ‘Well, by the party constitution, they (newly elected Local Government Chairmen and councillors) were supposed to be voted into office 90 days to the primary election. That’s what the constitution stipulates but since you know it has gone beyond that, then automatically that thing becomes null and void, you don’t have any criteria to be part of the delegates because he (Gov. Dickson) feels that in Nigeria, anything goes, but if we are following the constitution it shouldn’t be so but I think it is because he knows in Nigeria anything goes that’s why he is saying that" Osa Okhomina

ALAIBE IN COURT
Alaibe, with 365 votes, lost the party primaries to Diri, with 561, but he has made his claims and those claims have the potential of removing Diri from office because Alaibe is in court!
“The suit filed pursuant to Order 3(9) of the Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019, seeks answers to questions bordering on obvious non-adherence to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Electoral Act 2010, the Peoples Democratic Party Constitution and Election Guidelines, by the State Chapter of the party in the conduct of the Ward Congresses, inclusion of local government council officials in the delegates list and the procedure for inclusion of three ad-hoc delegates."

Will the court that gave Diri victory, by throwing Lyon out, also throw out Diri for Alaibe?
A RELIGIOUS TILT
Considering the role of religion in Nigerian Politics, many thanks to Reverend Father Mbaka and his accurate APC prophecies about Buhari in 2015, Buhari again in 2019 and Hope Uzodinma, in 2020....and his conspicuous silence about Bayelsa, that went the way of PDP, religion does have a role.
When the common Christian faith of Lyon, Diri and Alaibe is factored in, will Alaibe be leveraging his faith on Ezekiel 21:27 KJV
That scripture declares:
"I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him."Ezekiel 21:27
Would he argue by faith that overturn is mentioned three times and there are three of them?
1 Lyon, the first overturn..done and dusted.
2 Diri, the second overturn.
3 Alaibe, the third overturn
and then the line, "....until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him."?
But there is more to religion
Just the way Biblical Adonija was hosting his friends to a lavish party, Lyon was rehearsing in the stadium.
Just the way news got to Adonija, that David had named Solomon (and not him king) was, the way news got to Lyon that Diri had been named Governor by the Supreme Court.
1 Kings 1:5, 46, 49 KJV captured it this way:
"Then Adonijah the son of Haggith exalted himself, saying, I will be king: and he prepared him chariots and horsemen, and fifty men to run before him." 1 Kings 1:5 KJV.
(The way Lyon got people to March before him)
"And also Solomon sitteth on the throne of the kingdom."1 Kings 1:46 KJV.
(The was Diri was inaugurated)
"And all the guests that were with Adonijah were afraid, and rose up, and went every man his way."1 Kings 1:49 KJV.
(The way the crowds went home from the stadium after the news of the Judgement against Lyon)
HITLER'S NASTY BLOW!
Politically, it was the nasty succession blow Hitler delt Field Marshal Hermann Wilhelm Göring, who got the news that Grand Admiral Karl Dönitz and not him; Göring been named Supreme Commander and Head of State; replacing Hitler, another biblical replay of the account of ambitious Biblical Haman who like Göring whose name Hermann (a close coincidence of name with Biblical Haman) lost power on the verge of succession
"And the king took off his ring, which he had taken from Haman, and gave it unto Mordecai. And Esther set Mordecai over the house of Haman." Esther 8:2 KJV
.....so much for religion and history
DIRI: THE BEGINNING OF HIS END?
Going by Osa Okhomina's account in the leadership he titled:
"Much Ado About Bayelsa PDP Governorship Primaries" published on August 31, 2019, (excerpts of which were made reference to above), within the context of PDP's laws that govern primaries:
Is Alaibe the anticlimax of Dickson and Diri?
Is Alaibe the compromise of peace between aggrieved Lyon and victorious Diri?
Has Alaibe become my enemy's enemy from Lyons perspective, with Diri in view?
Who is Abadi, Osa Okhomina made reference to?
Osa Okhomina in the same report, identified him as:
1 " A Chieftain of the PDP and former State Chairman of the PDP, Chief Rufus Abadi"
2 "Abadi, who is also a Director in the campaign organisation of Alaibe, "

CRITICAL OBSERVATION FROM PDP'S CONSTITUTION
The State Party Congress shall
(c) ELECT GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE OF THE PARTY
ALAIBE'S ARGUMENT 1: THE EVIDENCE OF PREMIUM TIMES
"Mr Alaibe, among other things, had protested against the inclusion of newly elected council chairmen, vice chairmen, and councilors as delegates in the primary. Their inclusion, he said, violated the PDP constitution." https://www.premiumtimesng.com/…/352297-bayelsa-governorshi…
ALAIBE'S ARGUMENT 2: THE EVIDENCE OF LEADERSHIP
1 "On those qualified to vote on September 3rd, Abadi said ‘Well, by the party constitution, they (newly elected Local Government Chairmen and councillors) were supposed to be voted into office 90 days to the primary election. That’s what the constitution stipulates….
"Alaibe is objecting to unilateral inclusion of certain names on the list contrary to the party constitution and guidelines for the conduct of a peaceful primary. The names have been inserted to put certain aspirants, especially those of the Restoration Group, at advantage"
https://leadership.ng/…/much-ado-about-bayelsa-pdp-governo…/
QUESTIONS:
1 Who were the specific delegates by name (as claimed by Alaibe) "smuggled" into the Congress, outside the 90 day window?
2 How many are they in Number considering this evidence from the BBC's pidgin News service, that made the 196 difference between both men?
"Senator Douye Diri don win di Peoples Democratic Party Governorship Primary for Bayelsa State with total of 561 votes pass im closest rival Ndutimi Alaibe wey get 365 votes out of a total of 1253 votes."
https://www.google.com/…/www.bbc.c…/pidgin/amp/tori-49575640
From the evidence, of Alaibe's argument, several of those who voted in the primaries that produced Diri (who defeated Chief Timi Alaibe) were not within the the 90 day law, and therefore didn't qualify to vote, and by Alaibe's argument, their votes should be voided, for him (Alaibe) to be name the winner of the primaries.
