PAEDIA EXPRESS TRUST DESIGNATES OTCHERIWEH ADEKU P.O.W.
By the definition and interpretations of international laws and the dictates of global human rights statutes ,The Advisory Board and the management of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group and the E.N.M.Paedia Express Trust today formally declares publicly and officially for the first time in its nine and a half history that its founder :Otcheriwhegh Abdulmumini ireyi Adeku is now designated as a Prisoner of war as result of his professional conscience..
In 2004 January to be precise ,the then young reporter took a decision on the floors of the Guardian Newspaper room after been humiliated for his works to correct all the acts of injustice in Nigeria with God helping him even if he did not know how to go about this.
The latest in the series of humiliation suffered by Otcheriwhegh Adeku has been the wire tap of his offices ,home ,help centre and groups museum, family ,associates amongst others by the notorious Department of States Security Services [D.S.S.]with the due permission of the highly cunning and manipulative Nigerian Presidency acting in very deep conspiracy with the local and global media, politicians and highly vested foreign interests.
Only very hardened criminals in the mould of Osama Bin Laden ,Abubakar Shekau are expected to be wire tapped under normal circumstances ,but for reasons yet unknown to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria its constitution and global laws as well but which only the Muhammadu Buhari regime can explain on its own terms.
Otcheriwhegh Adeku has never been arrested ,interrogated ,questioned or even put on trial by the state at any level for any form of issue either civil or criminal but ironically the state who always used its instruments to deny the reporter turned media baron are now putting him on a wire tap to gather possible criminal evidence against him so as to find a clever reason to put him away.
Before now ,every forms of injustice meted out to otcherhiwhegh Adeku which were reported by him to all sorts of civil authorities ranging from lawyers, human rights activists ,trade unionists, government officials, public servants ,religious leaders for punitive measures so as to prevent future occurrences were always swept under the carpet by the heinous Nigerian system.
Adeku speaks:"first of all what is a war ,well it a state of total chaos and social disorder in any form of human society and this is very evident and existent in the territory called NIgeria"
"There are two types of war :Open air combat and this is usually direct but physical with weapons being nakedly used in the process and then there is the Non physical war and this does not involves physical combat as guns are not used here but intellectual weapons and this involves the usage of things like Pen,inkhorns amongst others"
"under the terms of global laws ,the use of pens and intellects have never and can never be classified as a crime ,so long as it is deployed for the common good like i have done and i am willing to submit myself to investigations and public scrutiny if need be"
"It is because Nigeria is in a state of disorder and that is why those that rape me professionally are still in charge and are even now in a strong working relationship with Buhari and i believe to the best of my understanding that they are now all now laughing with the Nigerian public that am very stupid to think that i can change them"
"it is because law and order has broken down in Nigeria ,this is why am been wire tapped even when i do not have any previous criminal record,it is because Nigeria is prepared to self destruct rather than embrace reforms this is why am not popular"
"This is why despite having a very successful business enterprise in business and economic terms ,we still do not have a liquid base hence do not have profits but for sure we are good on other indicators"
"This is why i have not paid my tax and the system has not called to put me on trial because the system knows that it has sodomized me severally"
"Have you ever heard any of the popular clergy :whether they be muslims or christains speak in my favour publicly but that is because they are all government paid agents and yet these people claim that they are going to heaven :well i wish them bon voyage"
"God uses me to make things happen and at no expense too but they all deny me publicly ,you know what :Nigeria can actually collapse if we continue in this way"
Otcheriwhegh Adeku clocks 17 straight years as a reporter soon after having started out on the 31st of August,2001 at the Daily Times Newspapers of Nigeria under the stewardship of the late distinguished Lagos Week End Editor;Mr Chinaka Fynecountry.
The reporter turned media baron has a cumulative professional experience of 22 years altogether though.
"What is a prison you may ask ,this is when a criminal is put in a confinement after been tried and sentenced by the judicial system and he may even be put in a solitary confinement if he is considered as extremely dangerous"
"a prison is a place meant to rehabilitate criminals but in this case it is the Nigerian nation that is under lock and key and who needs to undergo rehabilitation as they are all in prison"
"however in a cruel reversal of fate or fortunes i have been kept in isolation or solitary confinement because of my aspirations for a better Nigeria and a greater world and every time i try to free them ,agents join hands with the people to stop me so that the societal rot can continue"
"regularly the leadership on various sides of the divide who have know true commitment to a common good lie to the public using the press that they were fighting corruption and generally sweating to make life better for them but do not be deceived by this lies"
A prisoner of war (POW) is a person, whether combatant or non-combatant, who is held in custody by a belligerent power during or immediately after an armed conflict. The earliest recorded usage of the phrase "prisoner of war" dates to 1660.[1]
Belligerents hold prisoners of war in custody for a range of legitimate and illegitimate reasons, such as isolating them from enemy combatants still in the field (releasing and repatriating them in an orderly manner after hostilities), demonstrating military victory, punishing them, prosecuting them for war crimes, exploiting them for their labour, recruiting or even conscripting them as their own combatants, collecting military and political intelligence from them, or indoctrinating them in new political or religious beliefs.[2]
Prisoner of conscience (POC) is a term coined by Peter Benenson in a 28 May 1961 article ("The Forgotten Prisoners") for the London Observer newspaper. Most often associated with the human rights organization
Amnesty International, the term can refer to anyone imprisoned because of their race, sexual orientation, religion, or political views. It also refers to those who have been imprisoned and/or persecuted for the non-violent expression of their conscientiously held ...
