The News office Desk of the E.N.MPaedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria  can now say for sure that secret service outfit,The Department of State Security Services [D.S.S.]actually broke the rules or ethics of The famed Geneva convention  on the way it handled  and eventually bungled its investigations of Mr Abdulmumini ireyi Adeku and about 1,000 senior Nigerians .In a 1998 fact sheet ,compiled by The Reporters Without Border of France and UNESCO ,titled:a practical guide to Journalists copy of which is to be found in Paedia Express Library,it was discovered on page 82 of the fact sheet that the media owner and was actually subjected to a process of torture due to a web of intrigues and conspiracy in the Presidency, media and the polity.
The fact sheet shows that the International Committee of Red Cross helps to intervene where the victim is a prisoner but in this case Mr Adeku is a known prisoner of conscience.
Both UNESCO and Reporters Without Border agreed that the art of torture ,cruel, inhumane or degrading treatment was a practice which was universally condemnable and legally forbidden  by the convention.
Both agencies warned that global humanitarian laws  forbids  physical  or mental torture ,corporal punishment ,humiliating or degrading treatment ,mutilation, medical and scientific works that were not vital for medical treatment.
They both identified the art of torture as a war crime.
According to The United Nations convention: "The term torture is used to designate any act through which acute ,physical or mental pains or suffering  is intentionally inflicted on a person ,in particular in order to obtain  from him or her or from a third party information or a confession ,to punish him or her   or a 3rd party for an act they have committed or are suspected  to have committed to intimidate or put pressure on him or her  or a 3rdparty  or for any other reason based on any form  of discrimination ,when such a pain or suffering is inflicted by a state  through its employee or any other person acting in the behest  of the state  or with its express or tacit consent "
However this does not in any way extend to pain or suffering resulting solely from legitimate penalties inherent  in or  caused by such penalties.
Because of the desires of the Founder of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria ,its associate E.N.M.Paedia Express Trust to stand up in support of transparency, probity, Mr Abdulmumini ireyi Adeku has been targeted and subjected to heinous acts by politicians, the business class, the government and the local and global press in a major underground campaign of calumny .
He has suffered from severe economic sanctions which has led to humiliation ,harassment ,lack of privacy ,disturbed sleep, excessive noise among other psychological warfare .
Mr Adeku will be getting in touch with officials of the International Committee of Red Cross in the coming days while also getting in touch with Reporters Without Border of France on way forward  on this heinous acts against his dignity as a human being by The Nigerian government...through its spy agency:The D.S.S.
At least an estimated 500 to 1000 known opponents of the Muhammadu Buhari regime were believed to have being under a wire tap investigations in the Lawal Daura led secret service agency in the last two to three years ,with the last six months being very crucial.
