It has come to This....Letter to NCC
i have earlier complained on this same channel about how my credit is always systematic removed any time i recharge my lines (ETISALAT) the 622 line you provided is not working and this deductions still continue on my lines and has made me not to recharge the lines again. the NCC promised to protect us costumers of the network operator from such illegal act but nothing is being done. i want my lines left alone. i dont want any game on it nieghter do i want football updates. i just want to make my calls and be left alone. even the STOP to 2442 that was provided dont work at all. av sent a million stops to 2442 but my credit is illegally and criminally deducted in the name of service subscriptions with i never ever asked for nor consented to.
please do something except NCC is also in on it and theres a percentage given to NCC officials from these illegal deductions. i am sending a copy of this compliant to the EFCC and ICPC for a review of why NCC is powerless to stop these service providers.
