NUTRITIONIST URGE NIGERIANS TO LIVE WELL
LAGOS LOVES ITS RETIRED WORKERS,THE GOVERNOR SEEMS TO BE SAYING

A professional nutritionist ,Mr Tony Akinyemi has urged
Nigerians both at home and abroad to embark on things that will help them to
live a healthy life .
He made the declaration at the Association of Retired Heads
of Service and retired Permanent Secretaries of Lagos state annual celebrations
held at the State Secretariat in Alausa, Ikeja ,Lagos, Nigeria .
In a lecture that held the gathering spell bound for well
over 40minutes ,the computer
engineer turned nutritional
consultant explained to the gathering that his postulations which had been put
on trial for 30 days by medical expert
at the famed University College Hospital in Ibadan,Oyo State was highly
effective.
He warned Nigerians to desist from food substances like
Tobacco and alcohol which can have a negative impact on their overall health
when abused.
He paid a glowing tribute to the efficacies of water and
fruits to the human body .
He enjoined the average Nigerian working professional to
devote time to themselves by making sure that they sleep early as it was
generally good for the body as it help us to maintain homeostasis.
Earlier on ,the body’s top executives and its members had visited
two different orphanages where they gave
out various forms of gifts as part of the celebrations .
Earlier on in the programme ,Acting Head of Service for Lagos state ,Mrs Folashade
Adesanya told the gathering that the state government was highly elated at the
body ,noting that there continued contributions to the growth of the state and
involvement in the Nigerian project was well received and appreciated even at the highest level of governance in
the land.
