A member of the Editorial Board member of E.N.M. Paedia Express Multimedia Group, Chief Mrs Anette Adeoba was the cynosure of all eyes at the recently held 2017 The Nigerian Child Friendly Awards.
The Nigerian Child Safety Report Initiatives [N.C.S.R.I],organizers of the award appointed Adeoba as its Life Patron on account of her unquestionable integrity  and long years of service  to humanity through education .
Born in Yorkshire ,England in 1946,she arrived in Nigeria ,December 1974.
She was a teacher between 1975 till 1984 and became a Principal at Lagos African Church Grammar School ,Ifako –Ijaiye in Lagos ,Nigeria .
In 2003,she was made the Director   of the directorate of recruitment and appeal at the Teaching Services Commission ,she was  later appointed as Pioneer Tutor General and Permanent Secretary of Educational District one in 2005.
Adeoba retired at age 60 year in November,2006 and was appointed Special Adviser on Vocation and Technical Education to the then Governor of Lagos state of Nigeria.
Her husband of about 42 years ,Chief Samuel Adeoba died only towards the end of last year and was interred at their country home ,Bishops Court in Ile-Oluji,Ondo State of Nigeria.
Mama Oyinbo as she is called by all is well loved despite been a foreigner who adopted Nigeria by marriage .
Adeoba is the Founder of Maurice Academy ,an educational monotechnic in Mowe,Ogun State with emphasis on engineering and other forms of skills acquisition .
She also got an award at the  Nigerian Child Friendly  Awards  for her support for children as a mother through the ages ..
