The News Office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia Group in Lagos,Nigeria ,now understands through several sources within the Magboro ,Arepo ,Obawole and Oke-ira axis in either Ogun state and Lagos state that animals of wild life origin were now in danger of going into extinction if care was not taken judging from the indiscriminate killing of this animals by natives for human consumption .
An impeccable source who spoke to this reporter said that they have no option than to kill some of the animals as they were feeding fat on their domestic poultry birds.
The source also told this reporter of the sweet nature of the Komodo whom he has eaten before after hunting it down at Otedola Estate in within the IKeja ,Lagos axis and at Orile Iganmu just near the National Theater
His words:”when it is alive the tail is is very sharp and it can use it to fight an enemy ,it also uses its fangs to suck on any food material that is interested in,it is a bit easier to catch than a crocodile or alligator and that is why you see farmers and hunters kill it for bush meat delicacy”
The source noted that it was common sight to see villagers catch rabbits, hares on a daily basis in his neighborhood at Magboro village and this reaches it peak during the raining seasons.
