EDITORIAL :GOVERNOR AMBODE IS SUPER BUT 

AMBODE LAUNCHES LAGOS TO THE PATH OF TRUE INDUSTRIALIZATION

Anybody who says that Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has not done well in trying to launch Lagos state to the path of true industrialization will have to visit an optician to be checked on whether he or she has eye problems as it is so evident but there are still areas that the  Epe Chartered accountant turned politician will really need to take a look at.

As they say,if you do not score hundred in an examination then there is still room for an  improvement as more can still be done by this interesting leader of men.

During the last governorship campaigns in 2015 ,one of the reasons why some rivals wanted  the electorates to vote for them  instead of Governor Ambode was because they felt that they have the magical wand to settle Lagos state debt worth at least a  trillion   naira and it’s still piling up as at press time.

The News Office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia Group in Lagos,Nigeria while sampling the opinions of fellow professionals in the press over the new state policy on the Vehicle inspection officers will hope that Governor Ambode can take a second look at the policy as feelers suggests that several people are still not comfortable with the new order though at the same time like an analyst said that perhaps the governor knows something that he was not telling the rest of us but otherwise he should take a look again at the decision.

The Governor of Lagos state should also make sure that the principles of due diligence is respected as when contracts are awarded there could eb the temptation of others inflating the figures for pecuniary gains and since the whole bucks as Governor stops on his table in the end he will be blamed,so it is very vital that he cross check all the books for the sake of transparency and accountability for the future generation who may want to refer to the records of his performance while in office as Governor of Lagos state

We congratulate the people of Lagos state of having a true servant as Governor and not just someone who does not have a goal or target he wishes to achieve, even  Mr Jimi Agbaje ,his opponent in the last elections will be proud of Ambode’s performance .
