THEY BURY RAW CASH IN THE CEMETERIES

C.B.N:MORE
CASH IN CIRCULATION
BY
ABDULMUMINI ADEKU.
Fresh facts
are beginning to emerge on how very rich Nigerians actually bury raw cash of
various denominations and currencies in various cemeteries around Nigeria..
In a world
exclusive investigations on the matter in Lagos,Nigeria at The News office Desk
of Paedia Express Multimedia Group ,an impeccable source who is close to the funeral home industry
said that thieves in high places usually deceive the undertakers and graveyard workers
in burying cash in any cemetery of their choice.
The source
explained that thieves in high places in Nigeria connive with hospital authorities
to issue spurious death certificates after bribing them to silence ,upon which they then proceed to buy a parcel
of land for the family in a cemetery under
the pretext of using such a parcel of land to bury family members and other
extended relatives.
The source
noted that usually the big thieves will pay the undertakers ,rent people who
will cry and mourn at the arranged funeral, pay for a party reception where people
will eat to their satisfaction ,sew new clothing’s for the event just to give it a normal burial outlook but
deep inside the casket is actually minted cash .
The source revealed
that the casket will be driven in a motor cade to the cemetery where documentations
are presented to the graveyard attendant and security guards.
His words:”so
at this stage, the big thieve pays for a parcel of family land and you know
that legally by law that land becomes his
family property and so he has the rights
to come there for prayers and to lay wreaths at any time of the year from that
period onward”
“As nobody
can dare to question his or her on that ,the site is usually dugged in form of
a room size or it have a tunnel outlook “
“usually it
is six feet deep or more and various corpse can be lowered into the grave each
time a family member dies as the case may be if it is really used for the
original reasons it is meant for other
than stashing cash away”
“so every
time that they come under the pretext of laying a wreath and saying their
prayers they have actually come to ferry some cash for personal usage”
He pointed
out that at this stage of carrying money
already stashed away ,the security and other
grave yard attendants will normally want to live family members alone so that
they can commune with their dead relatives via prayers but quickly added that
it is usually at this stage that the real operation starts as loads of raw cash
is then transferred into a waiting vehicle without the knowledge of the security
man and grave yard attendants .
It was also
gathered that the big thieves usually will give out some cash to the
unsuspecting workers of the cemetery as he or she walks away with his or her
loot uninhibited in any way.
