Blood Affair gets bloodier
Public anger and resentments is now growing on various Nigerian based platforms on the social
media especially on Facebook against all
the tiers of government in Nigeria,The local Pressand corporate turks over the
recent snubbing of pharmaceutical donations sent on behalf of Paedia Express
Multimedia Group and its charity based arm,Paedia Express Trust both in
Lagos,Nigeria to the Daily Trust
Newspapers as their donation for the internally
displaced persons [I.D.P.] in the North Eastern parts of Nigeria.
Checks by The News office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia
Group in Lagos,Nigeria ,shows that upon the posting of series of reports on the
affair by this reporter on the social media, not less than 50 Nigerians had
registered their displeasures via deadly prayers against the wave of injustice
meted out to Paedia Express Multimedia Group and its founder by the highly organized
criminal ring in the Nigerian Press .
Efforts made by this reporter to plead with the public to
douse the tension created over the matter has not yielded much dividends as at press
time.
It has all started from the forgery of this reporter's
newsroom copies at The Guardian and The Comet Newspapers by senior editors in a
deep seated deadly game of conspiracy in which he had escaped death by the
whiskers.
For 13 years he had protested this grave acts of injustice but the more he
protested it the more the acts of fraud against him were on the increase.
Human Rights documentations now available to The News office
desk of Paedia Express Multimedia Group in Lagos,Nigeria now links this crimes
as Crimes Against Humanity.
In a related issue, this reporter had also reported an act of
genocide against him when Mr Gbenga Omotosho as Acting Managing Director of The Comet Newspapers aside from his
headship of the editorial unit moved
against him as he tried to investigate a case of famine in Niger Republic ..
Crimes against humanity are certain acts that are
deliberately committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack or
individual attack directed against any civilian or an identifiable part of a
civilian population. The first prosecution for crimes against humanity took
place at the Nuremberg trials. Crimes against humanity have
since been prosecuted by other international courts – such as the International
Court of Justice and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former
Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Court, as well as in domestic prosecutions.
The law of crimes against humanity has primarily developed through the
evolution of customary international law. Crimes against humanity are not
codified in an international convention, although there is currently an
international effort to establish such a treaty, led by the Crimes Against Humanity Initiative.
Unlike war crimes, crimes against humanity can be committed
during peace or war.[1]
They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government
policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this
policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a
government or a de facto authority. War crimes,
murder, massacres, dehumanization,
genocide, ethnic
cleansing, unethical human experimentation, extrajudicial punishments, use of WMDs, state
terrorism or state funding of terrorism, death
squads, kidnappings and forced disappearances, military use of children, unjust
imprisonment, enslavement, cannibalism, torture, rape, and political, racial, or religious repression may reach the threshold
of crimes against humanity if they are part of a widespread or systematic
practice. COPIED TO THE FOLLOWING MEDIA
