At least three dead bodies and an injured lady were sighted
by the eagle eyes of the News office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia Group in
Lagos,Nigeria as it drove past to
Ajegunle in Apapa recently for a program me
A source who spoke to this reporter as he tried to find out
why there was a mammoth crowd at the Berlet Bus stop in Ilasamaja area of Lagos was told that the
incident had occurred very early . at
around seven in the morning of August
26th,2017 due to a rushing grey colored Lexus jeep whose car brakes had failed...
The source explained that 3 of the dead people were actually
a team of two women returning back home after going to buy tomatoes which they
normally sell very early in the morning and had the misfortune of running into
the jeep that became their tomb.
An injured lady who was seen been carried by sympathizers
was believed to be in a very terrible
shape as at press time as sources said
she probably had a spinal cord injury due to the sad incident .
The source added that he
did not know what had become of
the driver as he probably might have been taken to the Police.
A little distance of about 50 meters was another dead body
but sources say the corpse was not involved in the other accident that morning.
