FAYOSE IS A GREAT VOICE IN NIGERIA'S POLITICAL OPPOSITION
We have all heard what President Muhammadu Buhari has said to our nation on his recent return back to base in Abuja after his medical vacation in London,United Kingdom.
rather than say that we warned him of not travelling but staying on in Nigeria in continuation of his medical treatment we will rather look at the bright side of things and that is the fact that he is now fit to continue from where he stopped or so it will seem at least for now barring no further situations.
On the highly contentious hate speeches ,we think that rather than setting up mobile courts the Federal government should work very hard to fix the problems of social inequality as this is what induces   the trauma which usually promotes very harsh words from people.
infact,The Presidency  will be shocked to note that several people upon been arrested and taken to a court of jurisdiction for a trial may likely be declared innocent by the law when it is discovered that they were left traumatized by various personal and even collective experiences.
Mr President 's narrative on his encounter with the late Chief Chukuwemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu ,Ikemba of Nnewi is quite instructive ,though several skeptics for varying reasons think differently.
However ,whether  Nigerians believe this encounter is irrelevant but what is of importance to The News office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia Group in Lagos,Nigeria is that Ikemba's body language when he was pardoned by Alhaji Shehu Shagari till death was a man who believed in the Nigerian project 100 percent.
In 1983,he contested under the National Party of Nigeria [N.P.N]for a seat in the Nigerian Senate  and he could have done that by using the platform of the Nigerian Peoples Party [N.P.P.] which was led by his father's friend and another eminent Igbo ,The Late Chief Nnamadi Azikiwe,
He also contested in 2003 for the Nigerian Presidency under the All Progressives Congress [A.P.G.A] and finished Third.
His wife,Bianca Ojukwu nee Onoh also Served the immediate administration of Dr Goodluck Jonathan as a Special Adviser and as an Ambassador.
To now silent the Pro-Biafran agitators who do not see anything good in Nigeria ,Ojukwu who fought against the issue of indiscipline and injustice    on principles rather than against the Federal government as many will want to believe hence upon his death was buried by the same Nigerian Armed Forces at a very colorful ceremony with full military honors with no rancor..
What better way to say that Biafra ended a long time ago than all that we have mentioned ,yes it is true that there are several challenges bedeviling Nigeria like every other nation around the world   but we think that things can be fixed  through prayers  to God and a honest effort to make things work out.
We also want to urge all those agitating for secession that for all it is worth ,they should shit their swords and embrace a culture of honest dialogue.
If they are not selfish in their demands a true workable solution can be reached and it will be a win-win situation for all concerned and without any need for further hostilities and bloodshed.
Lastly ,for those of us who seems to hate the guts of Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state,we urge them to let sleeping dogs lie as the man is only doing what fate has chosen for him to do,
It will have being a tragedy of a very great proportion if we did not have an actor like him in the system.
In every democracy ,it is very pertinent that there has to be somebody within the opposition that should help to keep the ruling party on its toes otherwise we will have servitude or even slavery starring us in the face.
So let us give Governor Fayose some breather please.
May God bless Nigeria.
