"President Muhammadu Buhari had on August 7 signed into law, the
Companies and Allied Matters bill . The new law replaces the 1990 CAMA.
CAN specifically criticised Section 839 (1) and (2) of the law as
“satanic.” The section empowers the supervising minister: “to suspend trustees
of an association (in this case, the church) and appoint interim managers to
run its affairs for some given reasons.”

A pastor, who by good reason is critical of the government and that government decides to
financially induce a few member of his Church, to cause a dispute, for this law
to take effect, just the way an artificial crisis was created in the ruling APC with Tinubu as the target, in which
Giadom (who by law had no
legal basis to call that meeting) was
used to remove Tinubu's influence in
the party and compromise his presidential ambition

Buhari has clearly not learned from Ironsi, whose script he is repeating!
For Ironsi it was Decree 34,
of 1966 for Buhari, it is this CAMA 2020!
NEED
FOR REGULATION
There is a need for regulation. It is indeed true in PRINCIPLE and PRACTICE that a number church General Overseers (not all) take an undue "TITHE" exploitative advantage of their congregation for PERSONAL GREED, (rather than deploying those funds to improve the human capacity value of their congregation) for which this law would have been applicable in a Christian only state.
This law, is a clear tactical component, of a pan Nigerian
Islamic intent, that tends to suggest a disturbing connection with the very
words of the president, who said in
2001 at an Islamic event:
“God willing, we will not stop the
agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country”.

OF A NATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF NATIONAL AND VITAL NATIONAL INTEREST:
Nigeria is a Nation
within a country, a colonizing covert Islamic FULANI/Kanuri hegemony, that controls a larger overt Nigerian
state. For the purpose of definition, from the strict perspective of political
science, according to Study.Com,
"A nation consists of a distinct
population of people that are bound together by a common culture, history, and
tradition who are typically concentrated within a specific geographic
region."
From this definition, Nigeria is
not a Nation FULANI is, Buhari is imposing FULANI nationatiolism in
heagemony with the Kanuri with Islam as their bond of unity to control Nigeria
by the ratio of Pareto's principle.
Nigeria consists of a FULANI Islamic colonizing nation in hegemony with the Kanuri (who are also Islamic) within as the geographic entity called Nigeria, where two counter federating blocks; the Yoruba and Igbo by their rival disharmony are promoting this strange Pareto power arrangement of the commonwealth, rather than uniting to challenge it, they are sustaining this precarious imbalance called Nigeria by their actions.

COVERT REALITY
It exists
as a closely guarded secret in Buhari's all Islamic epicenter of
governance. When those who know egusi soup smell it, without going into the
kitchen to visually IDENTIFY the soup as Egusi, they know what is on fire, when
those who understand issues of STRATEGY like Obasanjo, see the situation
playing out, they do a clear analytic evaluation.

The Islamic value of Nigeria (of which CAMA is just one tactical component) can be measured from the quality of Burial Ahmadu Rabah; Sir Ahmadu Bello KBE, M.H.A the Sardauna of Sokoto was given.

"Let Truth be Told The Coups d'Etat of 1966",
published in 1982, by Hudahuda Publishing

Axum) and the prayer was ordered by the Prophet himself. This time, it was
ordered by King Faisal. The Sardauna, be it remembered, was a Vice President of

This exclusive burial given to the Sardauna, makes the Islamization point
in the strongest of ways.

the person of the Sardauna, his actions and the subsequent
words of Tafawa Balewa make the foundational point an
