LE PEN’S FIGHTS POINTS WAY TO HOLLANDE’S DOWNFALL

JEAN MARIE LE PEN IS A KEY OPPOSITION LEADER IN FRENCH POLITICS FOR 40 YEARS

LE PEN’S FIGHTS POINTS WAY TO HOLLANDE’S DOWNFALL
Mr jean Marie Le Pen  waited over forty years to see his dreams on migration come through with his philosophy on politics since he created the National Front ,40 years ago in France.
Then the unexpected happened he started a bitter fight with daughter, Marine  who succeeded father as party leader in 2011 leading to a bitter spat with big daddy forming a new political party.
If what analysts are saying is anything to go by ,this family could produce the next French Presidency.
The crux of the matter is that in Nigeria where politics is ran on cash and carry basis with no clear cut programs ,can any of our politician learn something from Jean Marie Le Pen.
Immigration is now a front burner issue in European Politics and who ever identifies with the moment in electioneering will d etermine between a winner and loser

Jean-Marie Le Pen, the expelled founder of France’s Front National (FN), has launched a new party, adding fuel to a family feud that has dogged his daughter Marine’s campaign to become president.
The announcement of the new party on Saturday, to be called “Blue-White-Red rally” after the colours of the French flag, overshadowed an annual gathering of Marine’s FN taking place in Marseille, three months before regional elections.
Jean-Marie, 87, who was kicked out of the FN last month, told supporters at a restaurant in the city: “You will not be orphans. We can act in a similar way to the FN, even if we are not part of it.”
In 1977, Le Pen inherited a fortune from Hubert Lambert, son of the cement industrialist of the same name. Hubert Lambert was a political supporter of Le Pen, as well as being a monarchist.[4] Lambert's will provided 30 million francs (approximatively 5 million euros) to Le Pen, as well as his castle in Montretout, Saint-Cloud (the same castle had been owned by Madame de Pompadour until 1748).[4]
In the early 1980s, Le Pen's personal security was assured by KO International Company, a subsidiary of VHP Security, a private security firm, and an alleged front organisation for SAC, the Service d'Action Civique (Civic Action Service), a Gaullist organisation. SAC allegedly employed figures with organized crime backgrounds and from the far-right movement.[13][14]

Rising from a one day media sensitization seminar, stakeholders have agreed fully that Nigerians should watch what they say in public as such could provoke others to act contrary to the dictates of the law.

She Speaks:”We do not censor but we regulatory as our statutory function ,we have a lot of viral research bodies that monitor situations “
“Some sanctions could take up to six months ,it does  not matter how long ,there was a day somebody was doing a movie on lesbianism and homo-sexualism and we ordered that it be stopped”
“Broadcasting is a dynamic field ,we have said that between the hours of Seven O clock to ten o clock P.M. every day should reflect programmes of national heritage because we soon noticed that South American Soap Operas had taken over the entire space”

He said because of the perceived gaps created by the press, global bodies like U.N.E.S.C.O have tried to plug the gaps by using a multi-track  diplomatic approach.
He explained that it Was due to this format that stakeholders like researchers ,N.G.O.S were now willing to work with the press to aid dissemination of quality information to the public domain.
He told the gathering that the practice of journalism differed considerably from the art of mediation .
Akanni Speaks:”N.G.O.s who are supposed to be involved in this do ,do not seems to have a full understanding of the issues at stake, conflict sensitive journalism helps us to appreciate our places in the society but now the media is not what it used to be “
“since 2003,Oxford Advanced documented dictionary formed our usage of blogs but before then it was not known at all ,am surprised that Gani’s assignments did not include tracking of blogs though it can be stated that bloggers that are active today may not be active tomorrow”
He pleaded with the press to be supportive of all initiatives being undertaken by stakeholders towards peace and conflict resolutions at all times.
The Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists ,Lagos state Chapter,Mr Deji Elumoye said he had a lot of reservations on the conduct of the n.b.c during the last elections as the hate speeches went on for so long.
He used the event to brief the gathering of recent developments within the press which they were championing as  regards the welfare of workers.

ORTEGA NOW A THREAT TO BILL GATES

Spanish Billionaire Amancio Ortega Briefly Overtakes Bill Gates on World’s Richest Man

Spanish billionaire Amancio Ortega briefly became the richest man in the world before he was relegated back to second place by Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
According to Forbes real-time, he overtook Gates as the world’s richest man on Friday with an estimated real time net worth of $78.7 billion. Gates over took him less than half a day later, and was back at the top spot with an estimated net worth of $79.5 by Friday afternoon.
Ortega, who founded the Inditex Group that owns fashion brands such as Zara, has, like Gates, also branched out into the world of philanthropy. He announced the donation of $17m to public health in the Spanish region of Galicia, on the same day he became the richest man in the world.
The millions are to be invested in 16 centres to combat breast cancer. The early detection services are expected to help more than 220,000 patients, local media reported.
Working through the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, Bill Gates has, more visibly than any of his contemporaries, channelled his billions into good causes, particularly with a view to reducing global poverty.
Ortega rose from humble origins to make his vast personal wealth. He was born to working class parents in 1936 in Busdongo de Arbás. He began making clothes at the age of 14, taking an apprenticeship with a local shirt maker. In 1972, Ortega founded his first clothing company, Goa, which sold quilted bath robes. He opened his first Zara shop in 1975.
He reportedly lives a modest life despite his vast wealth, eats lunch with his employees in the staff canteen everyday, buys his coffee from the same cafe he frequented while growing up and often dresses in the same blazer-t-shirt combination, neither of which are from Zara. Mr Gaona is fiercely private and rarely gives interviews to the press.
He holds a 59.29 percent stake in Intidex, which owns Zara and Massimo Dutti among other brands and has more than 92,000 employees.
