This reporter learnt that problems started to cripple into the blue chips operations  when it could not decide which   methods of distribution was effective for her array of products.

A mole said that while a previous management preferred experiential marketing  as a way of pushing te brand during activation ,the current management preferred using the web and social media for direct communication.

The source  noted with nostalgia that the company paid off all its key workers last year there gratuity and as such everyone in the outfit now were only been paid their salaries and nothing more..

The mole affirmed that some of the top managers who got there gratuity but were no longer happy with the conditions of service resigned immediately after collecting there gratuity.

The mole added that even the blue chips plastic supplier had to  resort to protests by holding them to the balls recently before they were paid for the services they had previously rendered under a well defined contractual terms.

It was gathered as at press time  ,that the once lively outfit was experiencing a difficult time as some workers were even prevented from  coming to work by the company so as to likely starve off claims for extra pay....

Multiple sources are in agreement that if the Nigerian Army ever dreamt of producing  a seasoned combatant that will rise to the peak of his military career as a Field Marshall ,The Boko Haram insurgency in the North Eastern parts of Nigeria provides a special platform for this..

Checks by The News office Des of The E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria ,shows that the bar may now even have being too high for the current generation of likely combatants in the military high command due to several reasons.

The position of field marshall is no ice cream party afterall,The United states Army as powerful and as sophisticated as it is has never produced any till date save for a senior officer  that got  the mileage  while on secondment to the Philippines Army..

currently,there are three living Field Marshalls and they are in the Egyptian and Libyan Army. and they got this prestigious ranking while in active service :Hassan Al Tantawi,Abdelfattah Al Sisi and the Libyan Man of war Khalifa Haftar .

A field Marshall can issue purple cards  and can consult with officials ,usually his generals to decide whether  an official should be ejected due to poor performance on the battle field ,A field Marshall uses an insignia made in form of  a baton and they are usually appointed only in war time.

In most cases this rank  is given to the rarest of rare Generals ,studies show that it had existed in several nations army since 1185,when General Alberia Clement  was decorated as the  first Field Marshall  of the entire world by the then  French king Phillip Augustus .

On December 14th ,1944 ,The United States Congress  had created the rank of a General  of the Army ,the equivalent to that of the Field Marshall..

Arthur Wellesley ,The First  Duke of Wellington who lived between 1769 till 1852 was just  44 years  at the time of his promotion in 1813 according to the London Gazette he was the youngest non-royal officer to earn the rank in all of history at the time.

He was also the only Field Marshall to ever become the Prime Minister of Britain ...

Researchers within the global science community would  appear as at press time are battling to unravel mysteries and find out  while trying to giving answers on the on the mode of mutation of the Corona Virus..

A viral strain mutating will be determined by changes in the physical and internal composition of the genetic  features of the disease factor and in this case Covid-19....

A Chinese health lpersonnel ;Guo Yanyong had recently told daily reporters that there was the need to deepen the understanding of the new corona virus while improving the health tracking and management of patients. who had recovered .

On Friday,25/02/2020 ,Nigeria reported its first case ,an Italian man who had returned to densely populated Lagos early this week .

Cases had previously been reported in Egypt and Algeria but not in Sub- Saharan Africa ,the low number of cases across Africa with close economic ties  with China had puzzled health experts and helped raise questions about capabilities  at detecting the virus.

Commissioner  for Health in Lagos state of Nigeria,Dr Akin Abayomi said that the man in question had since been transferred to the state bio-security facilities for isolation  and testing.

The patient was clinically stable with no symptoms and was been managed to good health at the  infectious disease hospital in Yaba,Lagos,Nigeria as at press time...

These are often difficult to cure,a patient who have a sudden and serious case on his kidney can go through this over a very long time.

Patients who have suffered from a kidney disease for a very long time may also develop several cases of high blood pressure.

Kidneys could be affected by abscess ,tuberculosis with diseases like Bilharzia and Gonorrhoea likely to cause infections that can spread from the urethra or bladder to the kidney.

The affected person recovers in six weeks or less.

CAUSES OF KIDNEY FAILURE:

This includes the destruction of the tubules in the kidney by drugs  or organic solvents such as carbon tetrachloride acetone and ethylene glycol,exposure to compounds of metals  such as mercury ,lead and uranium ,physical injuries or major surgery causing much loss of blood or an increase in blood pressure ,severe burns and incompatible blood transfusions.

Renal failures can also result from diseases that destroy  the cortex of the kidney from severe bacterial infections of the kidney ,from diabetes that causes destruction of the medulla or inner surface of the kidney and from the over abundance of calcium salts in the kidneys.

Kidney failures can also occur in situations where there is blockage  of the renal arteries,liver diseases and obstruction of the urinary tract but all of the rarely ever happens.

Chronic renal failure is usually the results of a prolonged diseases of the kidney and in  chronic   failure  the blood becomes  more acidic them normal  thus  leading  to the loss of calcium  from  the bones with nerve  degeneration  happening  as well....

A diseased kidney  can sustain life until about 90 percent of its functional capacity has being lost and when this occurs,the healthy portion increases  its work to compensate for the lost part.

If a kidney is removed  then the other increases in size and functions to handle the over load .

Treatment when the failure of both kidneys occurs requires dialysis by means of an artificial kidney machine  and in cases of less severe kidney failure this processes allows the kidney tissue the proper  tie to rest and repair itself .

If inadequate recovery does not occur a kidney transplant may be considered ....

ADVANCES IN MODERN THERAPY:

Professor Gbenga Awobusuyi ,The Dean ,Faculty of Clinical Sciences ,The Lagos state University Teaching Hospital ,Ikeja,Lagos,Nigeria confirmed of a National Renal Database upon been querried.

He insisted that in the near foreseeable future there was the possibility of pocket sized gadgets worn to be used for the kidney without the  patient  necessarily having to go to a dialysis center..

He revealed that due to advances in modern medicines ,there were now powerful injections that could prevent the rejection of kidneys.

He agreed that it was time for modern medical experts  and their traditional  partners  parley to move humanity forward .

Studies were now on about finding solutions to heat induced kidney failures due to the effects of global warming.

CONTRIBUTIONS FROM GLOBAL MEDICAL JOURNALS

The Kidney International Supplements ,The official Journal of the International Society of Nephrology ,Volume Two ,Issues five ,dated December,2020,Page 347 ,Chapter 2 ,agreed that the achievement of a healthy change in blood pressure requires a lot of efforts from the patient.

It is also generally accepted that a combination of life style modifications and drug therapy should be used to lower the blood pressure  in patients ,however escalations will depend on the blood pressure upsurge.

It recommended limiting alcohol intake to not more than two standard drinks daily for men and not more than one standard drink per day for women.

In kidney International ,official Journal of the International Society of Nephrology ,Volume 82,issue 11 ,December,2012 ,Page 1239 ,it tells the story of the unusual  cause of renal failure when there was an elevated liver enzyme.

It stated of how a 45 years old male patient was diagnosed with renal failure due to an hypertension he had developed two years previously  and at the time there was the presence of serum creatinine  and evidence of a liver disease  with liver enzymes on the increase.

However,when live biopsy was done there could not  be revealed any further specific  cause and upon progression of renal failure  the patient was taken in for further evaluation.

The patient had no formal complaints  as his physical examination did not reveal anything untoward but in identifying the patients renal failure ,Kidney biopsy was performed and results deducted in the process.

It's 20th February,2020 and  the weather is extremely hot in Lagos,Nigeria.

There has being no rain but the heavy presence of mosquitoes have being very alarming and what could be the reason ,so The News office Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria went to town to ask questions with a view to getting the answers  and the result was startling.

A lot of people could not tell what was causing the severe mosquito  infestations  without heavy rains but when this reporter pointed out that this could be due to the dirty surroundings ,people seems to be in ready agreement .

It's common sight to see children ,babies with nursing mothers covered up in heat rash as at press time.
