IDEAL REALTORS FIGHT SHARP PRACTICES

The Board and Management of the Ideal Realtors Limited ,a
group of real estate agency based in Lagos and Ogun state of Nigeria has cried out to relevant authorities in the
land over what it called threats to life, trespass and illegal demolition of
some of her projects by known assailants strongly believed to be racketeers...
While making his submissions on the highly vexing matter to
the News office Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of
Lagos,Nigeria,The Group Managing Director of the company ,Mr Yinka Shoboyede
said he was still reeling from going into a state of perpetual shock on
the incident while counting the losses suffered by his
firm...
While trying to push his very strong arguments at an obvious
case of a rip-off ,Mr Shoboyede showed this reporter evidence of payments which
he made and every other forms of documentations relating to his company's
property which hoodlums are now trying to take over forcefully..
He listed those properties people with criminal intent were encroaching on as those at the following
places: Gbadamosi street in Sango Otta,Adeleye village,Lagun Agbede village in
Sango Otta in Ogun state among so many others.
He lamented bitterly that despite the fact that he had signed
a Deed of transfer between him and the Adeleye family he was shocked to
discover that they did not respect any form of visible agreement in the past
thus leading to questions hanging on the integrity of the family in question..
Mr Shoboyede also gave two sets of pictures bearing the name
of Mr Ganiyu Adeleye ,the alleged agent provocateur...
Investigations on the matter continues as at press time in
Lagos,Nigeria...
