To check your mobile phone serial number dial *#06# a 15 digit will appear on your screen this number is also known as imel its a unique no. write it down some where save . When your phone get stolen you can call your phone service provider and give them the number . The will be able to block your handset , so even if the thief change sim card your phone will be totally useless . You would probably not get it back. but at least who ever stole it cant use/sale it either. if every victim of phone theft does this . there will no point of stealing mobile phones. in the next info i will inform you how you can tress your stolen phone
