Stanstead Airport is a real estate haven, says whiz kid

 A Nigerian real estate mogul and Chief Executive officer of Real Rock properties ,Mr Handee Oluwaniyi Joshua has declared that the surrounding area around Stand stead Airport in London, United Kingdom is a property haven that offers a lot of opportunities for investors.
In an exclusive interview with Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos recently said that  his company already has such prospects in paces like Dubai among other places around the world.
He revealed that  that the area around Coggeshall in Essex in United Kingdom  was a sustainable settlement located between Braintree an Colchester  with its proximity to the Greater London area  and Stand Stead Airport allowing  for commuters wit properties in the area  to reach the city of London within an hour
On the home front, Mr Joshua  explained that his company was already marketing at least 20 hectares in Lekki Phase two..
He noted that the over one thousand hectares Badagry real estate project been handled by his company in conjunction with some German partners was on hold at the moment.
His words:”I was with Akan of Badagry recently and he told me that whenever I was ready I should come and meet him for further discussion”
“I have acquired 1,000 hectares at Badagry ECOWAS Island,they call it land of no return  because it was associated with the slave trade in the past”
‘Lekki phase two plot of land will be sold at N3.5milllion per plot ,in Badagry we have a lot of competitors as the land we were given was actually reserved for Michael Jackson as he wanted to use it for his musical tourist centre before his demise”
The real estate mogul affirmed that the project in Badagry was going to be an energy based estate as it will generate its own electricity when completed .
