The News office Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria now hears that a rabidly infested dog bite on an otherwise b healthy human could lead  to instant death.
In a chat with ,an impeccable source  has said that she had  very serious doubts of the efficacy  of the so  called anti-rabies treatment given to people who have been beaten by savage dogs..
She went down memory lane to recall that an incident on dog bite in an area of Egbeda in Lagos,Nigeria changed her perception on the subject forever.
According to her,the dog in question obviously had the rabies pathogens and as it came out from know where it had saliva drooling all over her pallate and then it saw the boy suddenly  attacked him as it took a deep bite.
She revealed that sadly the unfortunate incident ended in a tragic end as the young boy did not recover from his wounds and died two days later .
The source insisted that only a case of maybe one in every one thousand incident actually survives a rabies attack .
The source added that the only known survival incident that she knew of did not end  well as the victim has never really been the same again despite several attempts to patch him up by medical sciences.
In a related issue however, yet another source disagreed with this sweeping remarks on being beaten by dogs.
According to him ,in his days as a villager  before relocating to Lagos as an adult they usually get beaten  while playing with dogs at home or within his neighborhood and none of his friends and family  members ever contacted rabies in the process.
Analysts think that a healthy man can only contact rabies when beaten by an already infected savage dog rather than a healthy dog or dog that is constantly being monitored for possible health complications by veterinary medical experts...
