As part of the horse trading
for a lasting solution to the crisis in the oil rich but troubled Niger
Delta region of Nigeria,The News Office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia in
Lagos,Nigeria hears that the position of the Director General of the Niger
Delta Development Commission may be thrown as a hat into the ring to placate the
restive militants by the Presidency
It was gathered through competent sources that Mrs Ibim
Semenitari ,the current helmsman of the agency does not seems to enjoy the
confidence of the militants because of her closeness to Former Governor Rotimi Chibuike
Amaechi of Rivers State who remains an eternal
hate figure in the region for plotting the downfall of Former President
Goodluck Jonathan.
Feelers through a source with earshot of The Presidency suggests at least six candidates have lined
up for the job as at press time.
When The News Office of Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos,Nigeria
called up Mrs Semenitari of the N.D.D.C to make enquiries on the affair ,it was
gathered through the personal assistant who picked up the call to say that her
boss was busy attending to a meeting and cannot speak on the matter for now.
