Fumigating the streets in Mumbai,India
Six years after she accompanied a patient to Mumbai,India’s
biggest city for a medical treatment ,an impeccable source has disclosed to the
News Office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos,Nigeria that the culture
of open air fumigation which was common sight in India was also adding a huge question
mark on the nation’s anti-pollution policies.
The source said that during her month long stay in Mumbai ,formally
called Bombay in India she saw the naked evidence of wide spread poverty in the
land despite their enormous resources .
She noted that from what she observed fumigating ever y where
which was a new thing to her but which surprisingly did not seems to
bother many of her hosts as it looked to
them like a culture of some sort.
She disclosed to this reporter that though she was in a
hospital accommodation on the outskirts of
Mumbai I India ,she discovered that Indians did not just live in a squalor but
were very dirty as there was a lot of stench everywhere she went.
