The party is advertising 500 limited edition prints for sale on its website at €600 (£529) each.
They are from a portrait of Mr McGuinness by renowned Irish artist Robert Ballagh.
The Sinn Fein website says that each one is "printed on museum quality paper with archival ink" and has been "treated with the utmost care to ensure the finest reproduction and closeness to the original portrait".
The website states that they are "authenticated" by Mr Ballagh and "endorsed" by Mr McGuinness's widow Bernie.
Other items currently on sale in the Sinn Fein online shop are Bobby Sands regatta jackets for £44 and Bobby Sands polo tops for £26. The Sands family has repeatedly asked that Sinn Fein not use his memory as a commodity.
'Tiocfaidh Ar La' polo tops are on sale for £18 while 'Revolution 1916' yellow polos are £31.
A 'Long Kesh 81' jersey is £35, while a Palestinian jersey is £22.
One of the bargains is a 'Revolution 1916' light pink hoodie top which has been reduced from £35 to £13. The website announces that it has "recently introduced a new range of clothing for women" and plans to "increase the amount of items by quite a bit in the coming year". Mr Ballagh's portrait of Mr McGuinness was presented to the former Deputy First Minister's family at a memorial event in Belfast's Europa Hotel in May.
Sinn Fein newspaper An Phoblacht reported that it had been anticipated as a retirement present rather than as a memorial.
