A Nigerian ,Chief Sunday Ogunyale has told  The News office Desk of E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group in Lagos,Nigeria, that he was 100 percent sure that the Nigerian nation can actually grow coffee and Banana to a level where they will be marketed globally to shore up the nation's Gross Domestic Product[G.D.P.] and its revenues annually.
He recalled that the length and breadth of Ifako Ijaiye ,Agege up to Ikeja was used in growing the wonder crops like Cocoa and Coffee many years before now.
He lamented the lack of proper planning of the nation's real estate's capacity which has led to virtually everyone constructing and putting up buildings indiscriminately without any forms of control.
This reporter can reveal exclusively of a literature sent to him by the Zambian government agent in Nigeria but now domicilled in Paedia Express Library and managed by Paedia Express Trust in which it was stated that at least 65 to 75percent  of the land mass of the Southern African nation had being effectively mapped out for Agriculture, wildlife conservation, tourism ,mining among other laudable resources and as such private sector led activities were not allowed to take place without permission from the national government.
While extolling the virtues of the Coffee plant,Chief Ogunyale told this reporter that a tree when its fruits have matured and grown greatly have a lot of potentials as compared to some other tree or cash crops.
He also confirmed the reported ability of the cocoa plant to grow in Ifako Ijaiye ,saying it was the 21st century land developers that put paid to what will have being a major agricultural revolution in the country.
In a related issue,Chief Ogunyale also urged The Nigerian Federal Government to exploit the beauty of a wonder crop like Banana saying it was as a result of a crop like this that some nations despite not having other resources have managed to survive.
He noted that due to its nature ,the banana plant grows deep into the grounds thus using up a lot of water and nutrients in the process hence soil used for it needs to be replenished on a regular basis for more agricultural activities to take place.
