Namibia have being identified as a nation with a better income per head than Nigeria .

Checks by the News office Desk of the E.NM.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria on the issue ,shows that there is no single billionaire of note in the South West African nation despite its proud history .

An impeccable source who is a constant visitor to that nation in a chat  said that the issue of poverty in Namibia was almost non -existent as the government has an excellent social welfare services for its people ,who usually do not like to work as a result of morbid laziness.

He wondered why a nation with very little resources as compared to a nation like Nigeria was more successful in economic terms  than its famous African nation and neighbor,Nigeria..

He insisted that the retired global name in athletics ,Frankie Fredricks remains the nation's famous name in all ramifications .

According to the Oxford African Encyclopaedia,Namibia is one of the world's greatest producers of Diamonds and production in 1963 was worth about twenty five million pounds sterling.

Diamonds which is found  near the coastal North of orangemund are the nation's most valuable exports.Major towns and cities includes Windhoek,Swakopmund,Ludents,Walvis Bay and because of its harsh weather the region is not densely populated till this day.

Its major tribal groups are the Ovambos in the North,the Herreros in the North East and the Rehobothers ,who are people of mixed races between Africa and European blood.
