OSINBAJO:CHOPPER CRASH LINKED TO HUMAN ERROR,ENGINE PROBLEMS

The recent Caverton Helicopter landing mishap in Kabba,Kogi state of Nigeria which had The Vice President ,Professor Yemi Osinbajo as one of its occupants is now being linked to Human error and engine problems
checks by The News office Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria on the affair shows that Osinbajo ,also a clergy by vocation escaped unhurt with 10 others in the aviation melee.
A source while explaining the incident ,pointed out that having watched the video of the accident closely it was very clear to him that the chopper landed awkwardly at a rather friendly altitude.
He insisted that if the altitude the incident had happened was much higher ,none of the occupants would have made it out alive.
Professor Yemi Osinbajo while campaigning for votes in Lagos ,Nigeria paid a surprise visit to an official of the  workstation that this reporter   uses in his neighborhood at least five days before the unfortunate incident .
Analysts at the E.N.M.Paedia Express wish Osinbajo and the 10 others in the chopper quick recovery from trauma and possible stage fright from air travels in the future.-------------INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS
 GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATIONS BELOW:
THE Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) yesterday released the report of the helicopter crash involving Agusta Westland W 139 Caverton Helicopters, which flew Vice President to Kabba in Kogi State.
It attributed the February 2, 2019, crash of the chopper marked with registration number 5N – CML to effects of a brownout generated during its landing in a dry dusty environment.
It said Caverton should have carried out risk assessment test at the Kaaba Stadium before the flight.
