PUBLISHERS SELL REPORTER FOR N200,000 EACH
……………………………………………………AS SOFT SELL PUBLISHERS SET PRESS ABLAZE WITH INTERNAL CONFLICT
BY ABDULMUMINI ADEKU.

MR NNAMDI OKONKWO,C.E.O FIDELITY BANK PLC IN NIGERIA IS USING HIS POSITION OF PUBLIC TRUST TO MUSCLE THE INDEPENDENT PRESS AS AT PRESS TIME
The League of Soft Sell Publishers  in Nigeria is believed to have collected at least a sum ofN200,000 each from the management of Fidelity Bank Plc in the latter’s attempt to “kill-off”the reports surrounding the extra marital affairs there Chief Executive Officer,Mr Nnamdi Okonkwo.
Checks by this reporter in Lagos, Nigeria shows that first rated publishers of the soft sell genre were called for a media parley on the 25th of August,2015 and settled financially to the tune of N200,000 and each asked not to do any further reporting and investigations on the matter.
It was learnt that Mr Okonkwo is livid with rage that a reporter could dare him to report his escapades and has therefore gone to court to save his name while at the same time asking that the reporter,mr Seun Oloketuyi be locked up with the latter appearing in court soon to plead guilty thereby rubbishing the author and painting him a liar while he remains seen to be innocent.
Two different sources confided in this reporter and confirmed that the blogger Mr Oloketuyi was innocent and that Mr Okonkwo was only trying to use his money and position in the society to grand stand while persecuting the innocent and that the scandal involving the banker was indeed very true.
In a related issue,The League of Soft Sell Publishers in Nigeria are at daggers drawn amongst themselves over who controls the genre of journalism in Nigeria.
Checks by the News Office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia as at press time shows that the soft sell publishers are seriously divided into two  as controversy over who should represent the genre of journalists continues to gather storm and set the polity alight.
Investigations shows that the initial League of Soft Sell Publishers body is believed to be dominated by veterans while the new League of Soft Sell Publishers are dominated by the young professionals now  turned publishers  in the sector.
At a recent meeting ,it was learnt that 2 of the publishers were said to have beaten themselves up in the course of argument over who gets what .
This reporter was reliably informed that the publisher of  Famous Enquirer,Mr Tunde Moshood almost fought with that of News Storm as the war raged on.
It was gathered that most of the so called publishers had not published a single copy of their journal either physically or online in 2015,yet they go about collecting money from politicians ,Governors, Ministers, Corporate Turks ,Diplomats in the name of journalism and fight for a common good.
An impeccable source disclosed that the present Lagos state Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode aside from giving some publishers a sum of N300,000 each recently also sponsored them on an all expense paid trip to the United Kingdom as part of efforts to keep the press quiet while terrible things continued to be glossed over by the Nigerian press.
An insider told this reporter as at press time that the crisis among the publishers was been settle as at press time.
Feelers also suggests that as missiles over the issue flew around at the recent meeting, The Publisher of Classique  Magazine, Mr Dave Agwazim had to duck and beg as his qualifications was been challenged by supposed colleagues.
