AS RECEIVED AT THE NEWS OFFICE DESK OF THE E.N.M.PAEDIA EXPRESS MULTIMEDIA GROUP OF LAGOS,NIGERIA ON THE 7TH OF DECEMBER,2018
Two persons were held a few minutes ago at the Caroni Bird Sanctuary in possession of 5 Scarlet Ibis carcasses. There is no doubt today that the Scarlet Ibis is an Environmentally Sensitive Species (ESS) under the Environmentally Sensitive Species Rules and possession involves a fine of up to $100,000 for each bird, with the possibility of up to 2 years imprisonment. Instructions have been given to the Forestry Division officials to lay charges under the ESS Rules. I thank the officers involved for their dedication to stamping out this criminal activity. William Nightingale
William Nightingale This is why they should ban hunting permanently because of this type of shit. They wouldn't settle for 2 animals and call it a day, no they want to hunt down every animal and walk out with the Dam forest.
