EDITORIAL OPINION!!! HEAP OF RUBBISH SPOTTED IN LAGOS

I took this picture earlier this morning, the bed of silt has been there for a week now after some Lagos State workers cleared the drain. This is directly in front of Ransome Kuti Memorial Junior and Senior Secondary Schools, Moshalashi. There is another mound in front of Anikulapo Primary Health Care Centre in the same area.

There are hawkers selling food items to school children opposite this eyesore.
