Amidst mumble and jumbles in the local and  global press over the church tragedy,Paedia Express Multimedia in a style in which it is now been respected for ,can authoritatively inform the world that the Guest House of the Synagogue Church of All Nations at Ikotun Egbe in Lagos,Nigeria that killed close to 100 pilgrims in the last one week occurred because of a poor building foundation.
In an exclusive check, this reporter learnt from selected sources in Lagos,Nigeria that the area in which the church and its adjoining structures are located was a reclaimed land from what used to be a full blown swamp.
A source told this reporter that he does not think that the Lagos state building Control Agency will relocate the church but insist on a Raft Foundation.
His words:”There was no raft foundation and this was why the building sank”
“what it means is that they will have  to dig deep into the ground, put up all sorts of boulder rocks ,cement and a lot of rod for a solid foundation,it is in  this process columns are created and then you place the beams on it   and it is upon this you can now have a proper structure”
In a related issue another source told this reporter that in places like Port Novo and Cotonou ,it is the number of storeys of building to be put in place that will be determined by the type of foundations laid at the beginning of constructions.
When about 57 people were said to have died in the tragedy  and 13 rescued on the 16th of September,2014 as at 9:19a.m.,it is noteworthy to say that the number of the dead kept going up at 59,60,61,62,63,67,70,78,80, with operations  said to have ended at this stage.
The Minister for state for Defence,Ambassador Musilu Obanikoro while speaking to a cross section of the Nigerian and the global press at the site of the disaster said it was wrong to jump to any conclusion at the moment as the issue was still under investigations by relevant state agencies..
He used the occasion to call for calm while praying for the families of the departed on the need to bear the irreparable loss.
Air Commodore  Charles Otegbade ,Director of Search and Rescue of the National Emergency Management Agency while commiserating with the church  informed the press that the figure had gone as high as 86due to a new set of information at there disposal while collating data.
Barrister Samuel Ilori ,a Lagos based human right lawyer and activist told this reporter exclusively that he will sue the Synagogue Church of All Nations for willful homicide as he will not allow. religious sentiments to blind fold him.
A survivor ,Mr Temitayo Taiwo,a 28 years old Nigerian from Ekiti State who claims that he recently bagged a degree in Bachelor of Business Studies in  West London University in the United Kingdom thanked God for sparing his life in the disaster.
