For Mrs Remi Olanrewaju,the 3rd of December,2013
is a day she will want to wish away even for her enemy, as that was the day her
happiness as a mother and wife to 32 years old Mr Lucky Olanrewaju was cut
short by a lot of strange forces still unclear as at press time.
In an exclusive interview with Paedia Express Multimedia,She
lamented the evil forces that have conspired against her to attempt to make her
a widow in the early stages of her life.
She explained to this reporter that an Italian born safety Manager at Salini Constructions
Company Limited,Mr Saverio had called
her husband on the 2nd December of 2013 that he will have to come
very early in the morning to take his girlfriend to an undisclosed location in
Lekki Area of Lagos.
She said that on that same day that her husband left their
home for official duty a strange number suddenly called her in the evening around
seven o clock local time.
She revealed that the strange male voice that called her
attention regarding her husband’s where about told her that his drivers license
and Salini constructions Identity card
was found by the road side about 40 kilometers to Lagos along the busy
Lagos-Ibadan Express way.
She speaks :”I now asked him whether my husband had an
accident or what but he told me that he was not sure but that he actually saw a
lot of documents on the ground at the spot he called me from and that my husband’s
detail which showed that I was my husband’s next-of-kin led him to calling me
right away to alert me of an emergency situation”
“It was immediately after this strange call that I called Mr Saviero to
alert him about what was happening and that they found my husband’s identity
card and drivers license along the Lagos –Ibadan Express way but he insisted
that he was stunned as he only sent him to a place in Lekki and not where they
spotted his documents”
“Mr Saviero now said that I should keep calling the strange
number that called me to alert me about my husband’s where about so that I can
get more information on the issue,I kept calling the number and the person told me that he got to knowing
about my husband’s issue due to a case of flat tyre he had along the road and this was what enabled him to know what
may have transpired”
“I now called Mr Saviero to tell him of what the person said
,but he was now of the opinion that we should exercise some patience till the
following day which I did”
She pointed out that by the following day she could no
longer take her husband’s absence as been funny so she told Mr Saviero that she
was going to declare her husband as missing and take a police report on the
matter.
Mrs Olanrewaju then went to the Ajuwon Police station on the afternoon of 4th
of December,2014 to officially lay a complaint that her husband was missing and
was asked write a police report to that effect.
After preliminary investigations, Police officials , Paedia Express Multimedia gathered told Mrs
Olanrewaju to get the management of Salini Constructions Company Limited involved so that whenever
they decide to use the might of the law they will not be accused of not
following due process.
Olanrewaju continues:”I told Mr Saviero all that the police
men said and then I urged him to allow us
use his vehicle so that we can go to the spot where my husband’s details
were seen by the road side but he surprised me by his change in attitude as he
refused flatly to cooperate at this stage, it was then I advised that I should
be allowed to see the Project Manager of the company ,Mr Pizzaro but he refused
as he insisted that he was my husband’s direct boss and the whole issue end’s
up on his desk and noboy else”
“After this he left me in annoyance and went back to the
office but I called him and told him that what I came for had not yet been
settled and I am surprised that he can leave me in such a state,I even told him
that I will report the issue to higher authorities in the company but he asked
me to go ahead that he does not care”
“After this I now entered the company and I met some people
discussing and I was urged to go to the Personnel Manager’s office as I was
going to the P.M.’s office,some people at the drivers section then called me
and asked me for what happened”
“So I opened up to my
husband’s colleagues and one of them whom I cannot recall his name now told me
that he saw him the day that he was out on the Lekki Assignment and they even
sent out signals to themselves but he was shocked to hear that he had not yet
returned back to his family”
“It was at this time
that I now saw Mr Saviero and Mr Amos,the company’s Personnel Manager come to
where we were and the latter demanded to hear what happened but
after recanting my story,he told me to my amazement that what I told him was
different from what Mr Saviero told him
just before they both came to meet with me within the interval of 30 minutes”
“Mr Saviero denied in very strong terms that he was not the
one that sent him on errand and I lashed out at him and was even ready to
fight him physically for telling
lies if he did not produce my husband ,I
became angry with Mr Saviero that he can suddenly deny what he had initially
opened up to”
“The personnel manager
was advised by Mr Saviero to help him bury the case ,but the former said
the issue had gone beyond them since it was now a case that has been filed with
the Nigerian Police and that if they did
not do the right thing on the matter the issue may snow ball into a crisis that
they may not be able to handle”
“it was after this that the personnel Manager called the
attention of the Chief Security Officer and his assistant to brief them and I
was asked to state my side of the issue
which I did and they too said the
case was a difficult one that cannot be buried”
“The project manager had alerted officials of Ayinla Police
Station at Agbado Area ,I was asked to enter a car which I did and then went to
the Police Station,on getting there I
was asked to state what happened which I
also did and then they gave me a paper to write police report”
“The strange caller was called by the police officers at
Ayinla Police Station and he told the police upon been cross examined that the
documents of my husband through which he got in touch with me on phone was
spotted at the Second Bridge around Shagamu and the police officers thanked him
for what he did in alerting me”
Mrs Olanrewaju who was now restless and in deep pains over
her husband’s situation was suddenly called up by Mr Saviero on the third day after
Mr Olanrewaju had been declared missing that the 32 years old driver who shared a home with his of five years at
there modest home at Number five b, Oladimeji Oladipupo Street,Enilolobo area
of Giwa in Oke Aro,Ogun State had been
found but in a very terrible shape.
“He said that my husband was lifeless,weak,he cannot talk
but he said that I should allow him to give him the phone to talk and when he
did this ,I could not hear my husbands’s voice very well”
“I then called the Investigations Police Officer at Ayinla
Police station that Mr saviero just called me and I told him all that
transpired during my phone encounter with the Italian,the police officer now
told me that I should inform Mr Saviero to tell the company’s Chief Security
Officer to get in touch with him at Ayinla Police station”
“Mr Saviero now told me that where he was at the time was
far way from where The C.S.O of Salini Constructions was and there was know way he could get in
touch with them immediately but I gave the .IP.O the information and the latter
urged me to come to there office the following day”
Fresh mysteries now came up at this juncture as by the
following day after Mr Olanrewaju was said to have appeared suddenly ,Mrs
Olanrewaju who was bathing her 11months old baby was suddenly jolted to a rude
shock when they brought in her husband into there home with a cloth covering a strange looking clean
–shaved head.
Olanrewaju who hail from Ijebu Mushin in Ogun State at this
sudden turn in even refused to allow them to drop the lifeless body of her
husband in the family house as she insisted
that her husband’s body be taken to Ayinla Police Station.
She told paedia Express Multimedia that when her husband
came to at the police station after been given an energy drink to revive him,he
said in his own words that the only thing that he could remember was that after
he dropped the woman in Lekki he dropped the car for the lady and went to enter
a public transport calling out for Oshodi passengers and noted that there were
eight of them on transit at the time.
Olanrewaju affirmed that while the Oshodi bound bus was in
transit,one of the passengers said that
he was getting down at Iyana Oworoshoki but he had not even gotten down when
they were all asked to face the ground by two gun men “
“they collected all there personal effects and then covered
there faces with a black hood and then drove them to an unknown destination”
She revealed that her husband told them at the police cross
examination that he recollects that they must have travelled by road for at
least three hours to an unknown location which they got to by night fall.
She agonized as she recounted how her husband told them that
at this stage,they discovered that they had been kidnapped for rituals as they
saw a woman who had been beheaded with a calabash used to collect her blood”
She affirmed that at this stage,her husband noted that the
ritualists had tied him to the trunk of
a big tree alongside the seven others that were taken hostage by them.
Paedia Express Multimedia was informed that at this stage they were
given a water to drink and this led to about six of them sleeping off but he
and one other victim who was a lady did not sleep.
This reporter leant from the Mrs Olanrewaju that the leader
of the dangerous sect then later joined his gang of evil men and told them that
the two among the eight who did not fall prey to there charms should be
returned to where they were picked from while the remaining six will be good
for there sacrifice
Paedia Express Multimedia was told that the ritualist had
collected such things like finger nails,toe nails, hair for there voodoo as
they then decided to return them back to the world of the living while covering
there faces in black hood so that they will not know the direction that they had
gone and then dumped them on the road.
Paedia Express Multimedia was told how they waved vehicles after one another without
any luck for help until some kind
hearted and spirited Nigerians helped
them at a truck park where they dropped and then they dropped him in front of
there office from where he was picked up
by his company’s security officials.
The Housewife turned marital activist noted that this was
how upon sighting him,she got the police involved but the latter urged her to
take his pictures with the strange look as this may still have an effect in the
future and of course I responded to the challenge to take the shots.
Mrs Olanrewaju told this reporter that at this stage her
husband started going to work normally after about three days after he came
back with the general believe that all was well and that there was no complications.
The Salons specialist then related how her husband suddenly
woke up from sleep on the 17th of December,2013 that he had a case
of very severe headache ,he recounted that it was as if he was hearing a
strange drum and started telling me things that I could not equate with
rationality as he told me that he saw a lizard , that he was been called to
control the traffic.
In a tears laden voice .she recalled what the police men had
told her previously in respect to her husband’s condition and had insisted that
she takes a picture to capture the sudden change in my husband’s welfare.
“it was at this stage that I immediately got in touch with
my brother-in-law called Mr Innocent and
one of his sisters,both of whom I advised that we should take him to Prayer
City of Mountain of Fire Church where he spent 10 days “
“After 10 days,we brought him home on the 3rd of January,2014 but we discovered that things
were not getting better so we took him
to the General Hospital in Ikeja”
Paedia Express Multimedia gathered that at this stage there
started a blame game between the Union of Salini and the victims family as they
claimed that they had sacked him and despite all that I told him he refused to
take my pleas.
It was observed that at this juncture, Barrister Paul
Adamola ,an Attorney –At-Law was involved in the growing inferno which is
threatening to destroy the public image of Salini Constructions Company Limited
over an issue which has now delved into the supernatural realm.
Mr Adaramola is believed to
have written Messrs Salini Constructions in a mail received on the 5th
of February,2015 and since then I waited
for there response until Salini Construction company officials came to visit us
on the 10 of February a day after the bedridden ,Mr Olanrewaju was discharged
from the General Hospital .

saw the documents of the official diagnosis of the victim ,Mr Olanrewaju
In which Dr A.O.Oshunkoya had diagnosed him medically with having a history of
loss in pleasure ,fever, fear and anxiety ,weight ,irrational behavior and
general body tenderness
Paedia Express Multimedia also was informed about how there
was a report made at the Ministry of Justice about the abandonment of my
husband by his employers and this was after we were advised upon the second
admission that we should take him for spiritual healing as it was not a
hospital matter and this was what prompted him to go to Ekiti State .
This reporter was informed that about three days after the
trip of the father of five years Emmanuel,two years old Ayomide and 11months
old Vitoria ,officials of Salini Constructions Company suddenly called her to
inform her of there intention to take charge of his bills medically fuelling
valid suggestions that the pressure put on the victims wife at the ministry of
justice had paid off .
It was at this stage that ,Paedia Express Multimedia was
told that Baaale Gbelebo who produces Peoples Palava Programme on Sunday morning
on MITV and he announced them for three weeks but they refused to do anything even though they
called him that they should settle but
that he should stop calling there names on broadcast television.
This reporter scooped how on the 6th of June
,2014,the victim while he was been taken away to the hospital in an ambulance
suddenly claimed to have seen a lizard
and tried to kill it but in the process, even injured his hands in the process
thus leading to stitching due to the deep hand
cut causing severe blood loss.
This reporter was told how the victim was taken to the
Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital in Yaba,upon where he was administered with
such injections like Hadol injection,Zepidnin tablet,,Epillim tablet,Ozale
tablet to get him better by a certain Dr Ojo.
It was gathered that about five different consultants
attended to him after he was placed on admission at the Federal Hospital prior
to his been admitted fully on the 17th of June.
It was noted that the family members were told that they could
be visiting him but due to the distance, Mrs Olanrewaju could only make the
trip to check her husband once in a week .
Mrs Olanrewaju told paedia Express Multimedia that each time
she got to the hospital to check on her husband who was now shadow of his former self at the M.O.B ward
,the place was always under lock necessitating the nurses on duty to always
get him for her.
This reporter uncovered that all hell was let loose on the
17th of July,2014 when Mrs Olanrewaju who had suffered a lot of
harrowing pain on account of her husband’s ill health , was called by the
social welfare Department of the hospital that Mr Lucky Olanrewaju was missing
from the hospital whose ward was always under lock and key.
“we went to report the case at Sabo Police Station where the
Divisional Police Officer told us at point blank range that he was pissed off about the Psychiatric
Hospital in Yaba as within that week alone at least there had been several cases of missing persons ,numbering
over ten that they were looking for”
As at press time, Mrs Olanrewaju had gone to the Ministry of
Justice to report to a certain ,Ms Ajayi over the saga but the legal officer
had called for me to be patient and added that
we should look for him instead of
waiting on his employers.
The ministry of Justice is believed to have written the The
Yaba Federal Facility on how possible it is for a patient to get missing while
in there care for treatment.
