Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu otherwise called Ashiwaju is using his relationship with the Governors of the South West states controlled by APC to steal their states blind.

It has since emerged that as the election draws near in the All Progressive Congress controlled states of the South West region comprising of Oyo,Ogun,Edo,Lagos,Osun, and Ekiti states most of the Governors have been looting there state very blind.
Investigations on the sensitive matter by Paedia Express multimedia in Lagos,Nigeria shows that while the pilfering has been on the mainstream media has looked the other way suggesting that they were under the pay roll of some of the top officials involved in this monumental scam.
An impeccable source told this reporter that a local government chairman in one of the 54 local government areas in the state told him that he was at a loss to explain to his supporters that the N7million  that they pay every month to the godfather of South West politics: Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was taking its toll on his performance as a public official.
He is said to have declare that each of the local council chairman have to pay the same amount of royalty to the party’s godfather  every month aside from the amount they pay as an individual if they  are given a ticket by there political party, APC.
It was learnt  that up until the last two weeks, the State of osun was not paying salaries to its workers  but suddenly just before press time, feelers suggests that moves were now been made in that direction probably because of the governorship elections that will be held soon.
A source speaks:”it is just this week that I heard that they wanted to start paying and I should think this is  because of the Governorship elections coming up soon, the issue of religion will most likely play a major role as all the schools now wear similar uniforms sowed by  Sam and Sarah,a company believed to be owned by Mrs Sarah Sosan,Former Deputy Governor of Lagos State”
“infact Sam and Sarah has since opened up a new plant  in Oshogbo,Engineer Aregbeshola calls himself a Marxist or a socialist but I do not see it in him “
“Do you know that his private engineering company ,RAUTECH handles road projects in the state,on moral and ethical grounds this is very wrong for a public official but nobody is saying anything about this”
“Will Alhaji Lai Mohammed ,APC Propagandist say that he is not aware of all of this ,Aregbeshola told 100 to 300 level medical students of the state university that they should go home as the state did not have enough facilities for them, this is after he had collected huge sums of money from them as school fees and then relocated the clinical students to Sao Tome and Principe for them to complete there studies”
The Governorship race between Aregbeshola and Senator Iyioola Omisore is said to be very tight as at press time.
A source speaks:”The race was very tight until vey recently when Tinubu played a  fast one ,he wooed Former Governor Isiaka Adeleke to his party”
“In Osun you need to have won in strong holds like Oshogbo,Ile-Ife,Ilesha and Ede  before you can be sworn in as a Governor”
“Omisore has a lot of Federal Influence at Federal Level and he used this to a good extent  by nominating and giving his slot to jelili  who is a godson to the Ooni of Ife”
“Before now Ooni of Ife was not on speaking terms with him because of his decision to remove the cap of Late Chief Bola Ige in his palace,an action the monarch felt  was very rude but this singular act of  ended the crisis and now all Ife  natives will support PDP  during the election”
“Oshogbo people are very much interested in the PDP coming to power in the state,Ilesha is the same as well, but it is in Ede that Former Governor of Osun State,Alhaji Isiaka  Adeleke is now using his might to pull the strings for Tinubu’s camp after collecting N200million to switch camps”
Another source however blamed the  way the politician fondly called Sherubawon on account of his political wizardry was treated by Omisore as his reason for joining the APC.

Another   source in the Lagos State Civil Service who will not want  his name in the print also lamented the fact that the government has been ripping them –off by not paying them the right amount in there monthly salaries since January this year and this it perfected by not giving the workers their respective pay slips.
She speaks:”They are now  taking a secret oath in the state civil service over payment of salaries since January and February this year”
“We  have not been given our pay slips so when you go to the bank you make do with whatever  you find in your account, they however will make sure that those that are close to them go home happy”
Paedia Express Multimedia gathered that not less than 50 percent slash is believed to be involved in this evil racket said to be targeted at fighting the Abuja Centrally controlled Peoples Democratic Party[PDP]to a standstill in the 2015 general elections.
The rate at which Lagos state was been looted came to the fore recently when Governor James Akpabio told a shocked nation that the N200 Million package which is been arranged for him in retirement as a pension package was very small compared to what his colleagues in Lagos State.
Under the new law, Mr. Akpabio and former democratically elected governors of the state and their deputies as well as indigenes of the state who served in similar positions in Cross River State, will pocket several millions in monthly retirement perks.
Based on Section 1(1) of the law, “An indigene of the state who has held office as a democratically elected governor or deputy governor of former Cross River State and a person who has held office as a democratically elected governor or deputy governor of the state shall when he ceases to hold office be entitled,” to the new perks.
Although similar laws have been passed by many Nigerian governors including those of Lagos, Rivers, Bauchi and Benue states, among others, Mr. Akpabio’s version is clearly the most ludicrous.
Under it, Mr. Akpabio and others listed in Section 1(1) are entitled to a monthly pension for life at the rate equivalent to his current salary.
Similarly, the serving deputy governor, Valerie Ebe, is entitled to a monthly pension for life at the rate of her current salary.
Mr. Akpabio and his deputy; Mrs. Ebe will therefore pocket a total of N2, 223, 705. 00; and N2, 112, 215, 00 respectively as monthly and a total of N26, 684, 460,00  and N25, 346, 580 respectively as pension, per annum.
This is based on approved remuneration package for state executive and local government executives by the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC.
The governor is also entitled to a new official car and a utility vehicle once every four years, one personal aide and the provision of adequate security for his person during his lifetime at the expense of the state government.
Akwa Ibom taxpayers are also expected to provide an amount not exceeding N5 million or an equivalent of $50,000.00 monthly for Mr. Akpabio to engage the services of a cook, chauffeurs and security guards.
This provision is in contrast with Section 1(b) of the bill, which indicates that security shall be provided to former governors during their lifetime at the expense of the government.
However, the deputy governor is entitled to N2million naira or an equivalent of $20,000.00 monthly allowance to hire cooks, chauffeurs and security guards.
Mr. Akpabio and his spouse are to also access free medical services at a sum not exceeding N100 million or an equivalent of $600,000.00, while the deputy and her spouse will pocket N30 million or an equivalent of $200,000.00, annually.
Based on budget figures from the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency, NPHDA, and the Millennium Development Goal(s), MDG, the amounts set aside for the two government functionaries to access medical services could build and equip two state-of-the-art health centres and two blocks of classrooms in the state.
Section 1(e, f, g, h, I j) of the bill wants Mr. Akpabio and other past governors entitled to a “Provision of a befitting house not below a 5-bedroom maisonette in either the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja or Akwa Ibom State for the Governor and a yearly accommodation allowance of 300 percent of annual basic salary for the deputy governor; (300 percent of the deputy governor’s basic salary is N6, 336,645).
“Provision of furniture allowance of 300 percent of annual basic salary once in every four years; (A total of N6, 671,115 for the governor and N6, 336,645 for the deputy)
“Provision of yearly maintenance and fueling of vehicle allowance of 300 percent of annual basic salary; (A total of N6, 671,115 for the governor and N6, 336,645 for the deputy)
“Provision of severance gratuity allowance of 300 percent of annual basic salary as at the time the officer leaves office; (Another N6, 671,115 for the governor and N6, 336,645 for the deputy)
“Provision of yearly utility allowance of 100 percent of annual salary; (with the governor taking N2, 223,705 while his deputy takes N2, 112, 215)
“And provision of entertainment allowance of 100 percent of annual basic salary; (Another N2, 223,705 for the governor and N2, 112, 215 for the deputy).”
According to Section 2 of the proposed law, a former governor or deputy who received severance gratuity under Akwa Ibom State Public and Political Office Holders (Remuneration) Law, 2000 is not eligible for any other severance pay.
This means that former Governor Attah will enjoy the sumptuous retirement perks but will not be entitled to severance pay since they had been paid based on the provisions of the 2000 law.
Where a former governor or deputy governor dies, the law provides that the state government makes adequate arrangement and bear the financial responsibility for the burial.
The government is also expected to pay a condolence allowance of a sum equivalent to the annual basic salary of an incumbent to the next of kin.
One surviving spouse of the governor is entitled to a medical allowance not exceeding N12 million per annum provided such spouse was married to the governor at the time he or she was in office or if a wife; had served as First Lady.
Unless on health grounds, a former governor or deputy who resigned his office, or impeached or who had not held office for a period of three years or more, is not entitled to benefit from the provision of the new law.
This scenario is now been said to be  a child’s play compared to that of Lagos State where Ashiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu and his godson,Barrister Babatunde Raji Fashola are said to be in full charge. It is common knowledge that The Tinubu clan collect royalties on everything in the South West ,in Lagos alone he is said to be the owner of such juicy investments like Renaissance Hotel, Oriental Hotel, Television Continental,Radio Continental ,The Nation Newspapers, huge stakes in Oando,Julius Berger Plc,First Nation Airways and even the land upon which Ikeja Mall is built at Alausa in Ikeja,Lagos is said to be belong to the late Iyaloja of Lagos,Alhaja Habibat Mogaji.
Royalties are also paid to the Tinubu clan on a daily basis as his eldest daughter is now the Iyaloja of Lagos .
The thieving culture was however halted to a level recently when a Lagos High Court ruled that
The state should not collect fees on toll gates but  forensic checks shows that one of Tinubu’s companies would have been a ready beneficiary.
Tinubu is strongly believed to collect royalties from the Governors of Ekiti,Edo,Oyo,Osun and Ogun States all of whom helped to install just like he installed Governor Fashola who was his Chief of Staff even when the latter did not win the primaries in the election conducted.
When The News  Magazine  released a bomb  shell on Mrs Ajumobi been involved in a drug peddling  mess in the United Kingdom,Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu  was said to have been angry about the disclosure  and told the Bayo Onanuga led editorial team point blank to back-off as they wanted to destroy his investments .
He was said not to have been on speaking terms with Mr Onanuga for sometimes until a certain Mr Otitoju  was posted from The News to TVC as part of the fence mending.
Insiders insists that Mrs Ajumobi was as guilty as charged by The News Magazine.
In Ogun State the war of words and the politicking between   elder statesman  : Aremo Olusegun Osoba ,A former Governor of the state and the present Governor, Senator Ibikunle  Amosun is threatening the economic development of the state.
It would appear the decision to empower those close to him rather than the political godfather,  Aremo Osoba is what is causing the crisis in the state.
Paedia Express can reveal of an Amosun’s relative that could not finish his private home in 10 years but did same under three months when his kinsman became a Governor.
Checks showed that the man in question told this reporter how he has expended over N10million on his private investments in less than two years his kinsmen ascended the throne.
When Amosun’s  kinsman’s  daughter wedded in 2012 it was amidst pomp and pageantry at a high brow hotel in Lagos, Nigeria..
In fairness to the Senator Ibikunle Amosun  he is said to take his anti-corruption crusade very seriously  but the latest as at press time is that one of his niece is warming up for a seat in Ogun State House of Assembly come 2015.
Feelers suggests in between Senator Amosun and Aremo Osoba somebody will have to give way in APC as there may be no settlements in the fiasco.
A source told  Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos,Nigeria  of how they helped to install Presidents in Nigeria,Gambia,Malawi and Ghana  proudly insisting that Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will determine President Goodluck Jonatha’s fate in 2015 just like he did in 2011 when he was said to have collected a sum of N50 Billion and other perks from the Otuoke strongman to sell the strategic South West votes to his ruling PDP.
Another Source told this reporter that the tension created by the appointments of Emirs in Gombe and Kano was because of the battles for 2015 and its long term implications because of the power the traditional rulers wields in the North.
The Source told this reporter that Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was qualified to be an Emir but he was by passed for late Alhaji Ado Bayero upon his own father’s demise because at the time Alhaji Bayero ascended the throne Lamido Sanusi was just a baby of three years and was not knowledgeable enough to rule in Kano.
He affirmed that the present and newly crowned Emir of Gombe Abubakar Shehu Abubakar  was  chosen despite not been married  because his elder brother was a member of the ruling PDP.
It is believed that a kangaroo wedding has been arranged for the new monarch as at press time.
Another source ,a member of the Accord Party told this reporter  that he does not believe that Governor Kayode Fayemi has done anything for Ekiti State indigenes despite praise singers as he insisted that they still did not have a single infrastructure that contributed to the nations GDP.
