The recent of such if Mrs Theresa May,the British Prime
Minister who paid an impromptu visit to the Redeem Christian Church of God
Parish in London with resident Pastor ,Mr Agu Irukwu on hand to welcome her on the visit believed
to be the first of its kind by the Prime Minister since she came to office.
the British leader used the occasion to urge young Nigerian Christians
to get involved with politics as it was
beneficial since most of the decisions taken in the parliament will ultimately
affect their lives.
She hinted that the British government was against those who
do not want equality in the area of
faith and freedom of worship and quickly added though she grew up knowing
the vicarage her parents never forced her
to the church but was taught the essence
which she grew up with.
