Dear Sir,

On behalf  of The Editorial and Policy Board of ENM Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria,ENM Paedia Express Trust in synergy with The Centre for the Defense of Human Rights and Democracy in Africa (CDHRDA) headed by the Beninoise Language don,Professor Maurice Fangnon,we write t o formally inform you of a much needed session on Nigeria preparatory to an effective trial on High treason of very senior Nigerian politicians and officials who have a false believe that they are invisible and cannot be questioned no matter how badly they behave.

Normally ,we should have referred this issue or case to the African Union [A.U.]or the Economic Commission of West African States [E.C.O.W.A.S]Human Rights Courts but the level of rot in the Nigerian and African political space is choking and as such we will have to shelf the idea.

It will be stupid at this stage for anyone to insinuate the direct involvement of either of both Nigerian leaders,Dr Goodluck  Ebele  Azikiwe Jonathan  and Muhammadu Buhari even though the body language of the latter leaves much to be desired with aiding and abetting of criminal acts a dangerous thing under the laws of any land at whatever level but it will be expedient if at some point they are both called to give evidence or answer some questions in the witness box.

Due to the senseless war on Boko Haram and the Fulani Herdsmen at least 50,000 Nigerians are now long dead through no direct fault of theirs other than the fact that the state could not perform its own statutory functions: provision of security.

Somebody somewhere must however pay a price for this acts of savagery against fellow humans as if we keep quiet and do not fight for the souls of the departed in the name of it is not our business then we will not be too different from those who perpetrated this crimes against humanity.

We demand that at the special session to investigate the Nigerian Situation,The Following individuals should be invited for testimonies or arrest warrant be given to them if they fail to heed the request.

1]How planes carrying .medical supplies and victims of Boko Haram were never detected by the radar of the control towers of the Nigerian airports..

2]How Nigerian Armed forces equipments ,logistics fell into the hands of Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen

3]Who were the arms dealers selling arms and ammunitions to Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen to levy war against the people and government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

4]The government of Bornu state be made to hold a special referendum with its people to ascertain whether they wish to remain in Nigeria or not?

5]why were politicians ,government officials ,The Nigerian press interested in sabotaging the war on Boko Haram ,Herdsmen?

6]Why has there being repeated delays and possible refusal to eliminate or arrest Boko Haram leader:Abubakar Shekau?

7]How did Lieutenant Colonel Abu Alli and some other top senior officers whose gallantry for the nation on the battle field could have ensured easy victory really died?

8]Arrest and prosecution of all those who stole and sabotaged efforts at relief and packaged materials for the internally displaced persons [I.D.P]as regards the war on Boko Haram insurgency.

9]The true roles really played by Mallam Nasir El Rufai ,Governor of Kaduna State during the religious crisis in his state under his stewardship.

10]What type of information did Mama Boko Haram really gave to the Nigerian intelligence services?

Testimonies gotten from this submissions should invariably be deducted and then should form the fulcrum upon which a tentative trial is then conducted with an appropriate punishment meted out to deserving individuals not minding the status so as to serve as a warning to others of their type in the future.
