The recent mass killings in the heavily militarized igala speaking area of Kogi state Eastern Senatorial District has being linked to a carefully woven plan by the ruling All Progressives Congress [A.P.C.] at the national level and the ruling Yahaya Bello's regime to win the 2nd Governorship elections by hook or crook.
