U.K CAN TELL ITS FUTURE
Still reeling from
the after shock waves of its decisions to leave the European Union via a
recently held referendum, the United Kingdom will most likely lose the vital
port city of Clydebank in Scotland ,if
the latter continues in its war songs to leave the disunited Kingdom rather
than the United Kingdom it is being called.
Checks from a British Born Nigerian Wife by the News Office
Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos, Nigeria who just returned from the
United Kingdom after a visit that lasted two months insisted that the decision
which was taken for its emotional appeal at the time is what senior mandarins
in London now regret seriously as there really was no back -up plan.
She explained that the entire campaign was all about Boris Johnson
who wanted to be a Prime Minister at all cost but did not eventually have his
way as he had expected.
She pointed out that the entire campaign over Brexit was hoax
prepared by a some sections of the British elite to hoodwink the people who now
seems to know better as they kept
telling lies that they were going to use
the event to push out illegal migrant from Russia,Poland and other nations in
Eastern Europe out of the U.k. but sadly
this has not worked to the script that
they told the people that they had prepared in their favor.
Her words:”I was in
the South of France when the referendum took place but when I put a call
through to London to know what was happening I recall that a lot of people were weeping in
the streets because of the outcome”
“maybe now that the
government is in recess they can plot a
winning strategy but there was no exit plans at all and it is very sickening to think that
British Politics can get to this level”
“Scotland wanted to
stay in the European Union and now I think
that they will be pushing very seriously for another referendum and that will mean we will lose the strategic
port city of Clydebank where we
have our major ship yard ,sub marines
and nuclear facilities “
“when we were
kids we used to see a lot of American soldiers there but not
in London or elsewhere in England and that tells you how vital it is to our
defence system so if Scotland leaves of course we are surely going to lost that”she
lamented.
She continues:“ I do
not think that we have the cash to embark on such new capitally intensive
project as even the pounds sterling in
the foreign exchange market is not looking too good since the banks now show a negative interest
rate “
“so we now have a
case where we have to pay the individual to keep his or her money in a British
Bank, the whole thing is a nightmare I cannot just believe what is happening to
us”
“the situation in the
U.K. right now is that of a total mess
and no one out there can tell you accurately what will eventually
happen in the future”
The source however
paid tributes to the recent elevation of Theresa May as the nations Prime
Minister ,saying she was experienced to handle the job but wondered whether even her experience will
be good enough considering the expectations of Britons.
She listed some of
the demerits of Brexit as the possibility of the city of London losing its
status as the financial capital of the whole world and even the National Health
Insurance scheme may be affected.
She pointed out that the
entire Brexit campaign was more of a joke at first until it got to seriousness
and a case of no return and now Former Prime Minister,David Cameron will be
remembered as the first and only P.M. to take the U.K. out of the European
Union.
She added that she felt
sorry for the direction the politics of the U.K. was heading at the moment as
there was no virile opposition to the government in power.
