AT least N300 Billion is believed would be pumped into the nation’s agricultural sub-sector  of the economy sooner than later ,if feelers are to be taken very seriously.
In a world exclusive investigations by the News Office Desk of Paedia Express Multimedia Group in Lagos,Nigeria ,it was discovered that the entire amount will be spent only on farmers from the Northern bloc of the land.
An impeccable source who is a worker at the Latter Rain Assembly in Akilo Road in Ikeja,Lagos,Nigeria told this reporter recently that their spiritual Head and Senior Pastor,Tunde Bakare had told the church’s 3,000 strong work force during a recent strategic session of how current Central Bank of Nigerian Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele had told him during a recent visit to his home of the current policy thrust of the Buhari regime, which will involve the splashing of N300Billion on Northern farmers while efforts will be  made to support manufacturing in the Southern part of the country as this was their specialty and not farming.
When this reporter queried the rationale behind such a  move, the source insisted that he knew exactly what he was saying and even wondered aloud whether he has ever lied before to this reporter.
He explained that Pastor Tunde Bakare  had told them at the meeting that President Muhammadu Buhari had taken the decision because there were more farmers of Northern extraction than in the south.
From analysts  view of agriculture in Nigeria,it is true that there are more individual farmers in the North but subsistence farming does not make up to five percent of agriculture in real terms and only approaching it from a mechanized perspective and involving all the six geo-political zones will augur well for Nigeria.
