ATIKU VERSUS BUHARI DEBATE CONTINUES!!!

2019 : Fr. Mbaka blasts Buhari, Atiku, forecasts winner of electionATIKU'S SCRIPT (Part 2)
.....an insight to how he might wrestle power from Buhari.
ATIKU'S +29, TWELVE POINT ADVANTAGE:
PRELUDE TO THE 14 IRREFUTABLE UNWRITTEN LAWS OF STRATEGIC POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA.
Part 2a
"Muhammadu Buhari is “change,” former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is “bureau de change.” Mbaka
(

The office of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, should be the ultimate symbol and rallying point of national unity for the over 200 ethnic nationalities that inhabit the Nigerian geopolitical and political economic space, most unfortunately, Buhari has misused that office as a statement of nepotism, leading to national disunity, creating an advantage for his rival Atiku, a man morally bankrupt of financial integrity.
In this section, the advantages of Atiku will be the focus, but it must be stated clearly that an advantage is want it is.....an advantage and must never be mistaken for want it is not; a guarantee.
In the face of Atiku's Advantage, Balarabe Musa says:
"I do not understand the hype about PDP returning to power. I just do not understand. Return to do what? The party that created many problems for 16 years while they were in power? No way!" he said. “Things are not too good at the country at the moment, but I think the country would be worse if the PDP is allowed to return. We saw what they did for 16 years and they will definitely mess things up further." http://saharareporters.com/…/balarabe-musa-warns-nigerians-…
When the coin is flipped, in the election the facts would be clear.
ADVANTAGE 1: THE ODDS FAVOUR ATIKU.
"The latest poll conducted by NOI Polls, a West Africa’s leading polling services organisation, shows that President Muhammadu Buhari has lost some of his supporters in the last month. Buhari’s approval rating for June has plummeted to 39% from the 48% he received in May, This Day reports." https://www.google.com.ng/…/897892-buhari-says-nigerians-st…
The odds seem to favour Atiku (the man of overt corruption), not because he has any content, but because the masses seem tired of Buhari, just the way they were tired of Jonathan and sought a change in Buhari, as they now seek a change in the “bureau de change.”
"Mbaka however predicted that Atiku will defeat Buhari in 2019 but warned him not to emulate Buhari if he is elected the president..........“So let the will of God be done in Nigeria. It is like what I have been saying Buhari change or you will be changed” mbaka

ADVANTAGE 2: ATIKU'S UNDERSTANDING AND DEPLOYMENT OF THE 14 LAWS OF POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA AS THE BASIS FOR HIS TIME TESTED POLITICAL EMPIRE.
ADVANTAGE 3: BUHARI'S INTIMIDATION BY PDP/ATIKU'S LOOT PROFILE.
Elections are war! In warfare, psychological warfare is vital to the achievements of objectives.
“As I keep on saying, the opposition now is sitting on incredible resources which I am affraid we might not match it at all. For that reason, the opposition is sponsoring mischief from different angles which in spite of the incumbency of government, we cannot absolutely stop." President Mohammadu Buhari ( https://www.google.com.ng/…/buhari-our-power-of-incu…/%3famp )
EMPHASIS: "the opposition now is sitting on incredible resources which I am affraid we might not match it at all."
ANALYSIS:
Is Buhari's panic fear a call to a theft race, a local reproduction of the arms race during the cold war?
"Arms races are frequently regarded as negative occurrences in both economic and security terms. Large-scale arms acquisitions require considerable economic resources. If two countries spend large sums of money just to cancel out each other’s efforts, the expenditure might well be seen as wasted."https://www.britannica.com/topic/arms-race
Just the way the arms race between the United States led NATO and its defunct rival the Warsaw Pact, led by the equally defunct USSR, involved massive amounts of money, the race for the 2019 presidency between Atiku and Buhari will involve a lot of money.
Warsaw Pact was "a military treaty and association of E European countries, formed in 1955 by the Soviet Union, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Romania: East Germany left in 1990; the remaining members dissolved the Pact in 1991" https://www.dictionary.com/browse/warsaw--pact
ADVANTAGE 4: ATIKU'S +29 ADVANTAGE IN THE FACE OF BUHARI'S SALIHIJO AHMAD'S 25 BILLION APC PTF FRAUD SCRIPT :
When the 3 years of loot for election in Buhari's favour, are removed from Atiku's cumulative and 32 concurrent years of stealing or loot for elections, that consist of the wasted PDP years, added to the wasted IBB years added to Atiku Abubakar's years of loot, the difference would be +29 in Atiku's favour (the break down is in Advantage 6 below).
Ray Ekpu's opinion of 5 June 2018, titled:
"Petroleum Trust Fraud", established the facts of Buhari and his blood relation's 25 billion PTF fraud. Buhari's blood relation, Salihijo Ahmad appears to have been his 25 billion PTF loot front, for diverting funds propably used to fund Buhari's presidential attempts, the said amount has since expired. Could the expiration be the probable covert reasons for Buhari's tears then?
ADVANTAGE 5: THE REAL BATTLE LINE: OWO NI KOKO (MONEY IS THE BOTTOM LINE)
The real battle line for the 2019 presidential election is money in form of the bottom line of 14 laws. The odds seem to favour Atiku.....Buhari it seems, has been intimidated by the loot profile of Atiku.
ADVANTAGE 6: 2019 FA CUP FINAL BETWEEN "ARSENAL" AND "MANCHESTER UNITED"
BUHARI IS 2019 ARSENAL
TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL'S ACCOUNT:
"According to the latest corruption perception index (CPI) released by Transparency International (TI) on Wednesday. While the country scored 27/100 and was ranked 136th in 2016, the latest CPI scores Nigeria 28/100 but with a rank of No. 148 out of 180 countries surveyed — a significant 12 places below where it was the previous year. This will come as a blow to the President Muhammadu Buhari administration who came into office on the strength of his anti-corruption credential."

https://www.google.com.ng/…/corruption-getting-worse-n…/amp/
Chinedu Asadu's account in the Cable: "The United States says corruption is being perpetrated as a result of the “failure” of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to implement laws against such practices."https://www.google.com.ng/…/us-massive-widespread-corru…/amp
1 Transparency international's rating make the point of corruption under Buhari, most likely for election loot.
2 Unhindered access to Federal funds by the power of incumbency.
3 Federal loot by proxy based on Salihijo Ahmad's model of Afri-Project Consortium (APC).
4 Lessons from Ekiti voter buy out of Foyose by Fayemi, in which covert Federal funds were deployed.
5 Lessons from Osun election robbery and "the white hankerchief" tactic.
6 Nascent corruption under Buhari by his favoured proxies.
7 Buhari's joker! his mole in INEC, his blood relation by nepotism; Amina Zakari and her wealth of experience from understudying Salihijo Ahmad of PTF (as we saw in part 1).
ATIKU'S 2019 MANCHESTER UNITED SQUAD
Atiku's (United States Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs) personal dossier of:
•: 8 years of vice presidential loot+
•:16 years of PDP loot+
•: +8 years of IBB loot.
•: =32 years.
If Buhari is "Arsenal", whose value is £405.1m , and Atiku, is Manchester United, whose value is £595.9m, the purchasing power for vote buying, favours Atiku!
According Tom Victor, in his article titled: "These are the 10 richest English football clubs......Manchester United - 1st overall - £595.9m....Arsenal - 7th overall - £405.1m"https://www.google.com.ng/…/these-are-the-10-richest-englis…
