U.S. SUPREME COURT::BRETT KAVANAUGH'S VICTORY IS A GOOD STEP
FOR MANKIND

Before the Policy and Editorial Board of the E.N.M Paedia
Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria got into the discourse ,the future
and the career of Judge Brett Kavanaugh was already thrown out of the window as
a certain woman professor had laid out an
accusation of his having been molested sexually in 1982 to the delight of a
section of the Yankee public and media who wanted the Donald Trump regime out
of office at all cost .
It was not surprising that when the Kavanaugh''s issue came
up for voting he narrowly escaped been thrown out by a 51 to 49 and another
final vote in the last leg of the considerations of his appointment at 50 to 48
,so the issue was about partisanship and not some form of objectivity .
Those in the judiciary in the United States who will seem to
have forgotten their law theories should ask their colleagues abroad whether a man can be hunged to dry by the law
where there were no witnesses save for the mouth of the supposed victim .
If a crime is committed and the victim did not report it
,then know crime has been committed under the law and it is as simple as that.
We congratulate Justice Brett Kavanaugh for his sweet
victory and eventual promotion as a United States Judge as the Supreme Court

MR BRETT KAVANAUGH IS INNOCENT UNTIL
PROVEN OTHERWISE
The Policy and Editorial Board of
the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria has being left shell
shocked with the trials of Mr Brett Kavanaugh ,A Supreme Court nominee of
President Donald Trump of the United States.
For us watching what is largely a
charade we are surprised that a woman who has no prove other than her words
came back from 1982 to haunt an otherwise honourable man.
All over the world in the judicial
circles,the law of evidence is paramount at unraveling any form of mystery in
any legal tussle or controversy and for a professor like Blasey Ford she ought
to no better than anyone else.
If the jury in the United States
goes ahead to convict Mr Kavanaugh then it should be one of the worst cases of
miscarriage of justice of all time,i mean the woman could just have said
President Trump was Adolf HItler's sibling and anyone will believe her.
Where is her Video,audio of the
alleged sex tape ,did she report the incident to 911,did she tell any family
member all this while ,did she involve lawyers or human rights activists at any
stage in the incident,was she treated for torture or trauma in any medical facility and if so
where are the evidence and in what conditions was she when she spoke to doctors
Is the Professor a member of any of
the opposition political groups in the United States of America and we can go on in our analysis of a
possible mistake.
Professor Ford should be made to
publicly tender an unreserved apology to Mr Kavanaugh if she cannot provide any
facts and figures as it relates to the allegations she has laid against the
United States Supreme Court nominee.
