What started like a joke during a neighborhood discussion later turned out to be true as at least three witnesses  have confirmed the existence of domestic cats believed to be the size of Baby Tigers ,Cheetahs, Caracals, leopard, Jaguar,Lion amongst other flesh eating carnivores.
Checks at The News office Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria shows that several domesticated but wild looking cats could be found strolling roof tops ,ceilings of various houses at night at the quiet looking neighborhood of Olufemi Ajayi Street off College Road in Ifako- Ijaiye ,Lagos,Nigeria .
Several sources listed names of households where these big cats could be found while stating that the animals were quite friendly except if an intruder decides to deliberately offend them .
A source noted that she was aware that the big cats usually hunt for food within the neighborhood but quickly added that at night they do have the potentials to roam very far and wide in search of food .
Cats belong to the Family Felidae and they live a life of hunting ,killing and eating of other animals .
Cats hunt alone at dusk or at night as they pounce on their preys ,however several large cats eventually become man eaters.
Most wild cats are larger than domestic cat as early man captured and tamed wild  cats and made them domesticated animals globally.

They were likely domesticated in ancient Egypt in and around 1300 B.C. according to the Oxford African Encyclopedia ,page 114 revelations.
