BUHARI'S RIVERS OF RIGGING FOR OIL Part 3a
THE FOUR WITNESS ACCOUNT OF VITAL INTEREST, THE STRATEGIC BASIS OF BUHARI'S MILITARY RIGGING INTERVENTION IN THE RIVERS STATE.

"In defence of her strategic interest, the Fulani is as unpretentious as unapologetic, no matter his status, either as cattle boy or the patron Myetti Allah, intellectuals or even the Buhari Minister of Defence....... For instance, when recently, Professors Atahiru Jega and Gambari, in spite of their position in Nigeria and internationally wrote, bemoaning blockade of grazing routes and justifying Fulani cattle colonies all over Nigeria, the Fulani intellectual hawks are, no doubt now, on the prowl."
OGUNSANWO, SIOLLUN, M. C. ALLI AND OFIAJA: INSIGHT TO THE BACKGROUND OF THE ELECTION FRAUD IN RIVERS.
If what happened in Rivers is the foreground, then the account of these four men are the background. There are some books that are not only vital for the proper understanding of what is happening in Nigeria, but are of strategic indespensible Strategic significance, in helping us understand the person of president Buhari and the vested and vital interest he is both a product and defender of.
In this first part of part three, we shall examine Olufemi Ogunsanwo's and Professor Nicholas D. Ofiaja's evidence.
Witness 1: Olufemi Ogunsanwo, on the 63rd page of his 2009 Pace published biography of Awolowo, he titled: "Awo unfinished Greatness", defined the vital interest of the North this way:
"Ahmadu Bello and his colleagues had declared in a parliamentary session in 1953 that they were still determined to dip the jihad sword and Koran in the Atlantic Ocean in continuation of the holy war (jihad) begun by Bello's grandfather, Usman Dan Fodio, which had been halted at Ogbomosho"
Strangely a prominent son of Ogbomoso, S. L. Akintola, was the one who like Afonja before him compromised with the caliphate!
The activities of the 6 Division of the "Northern" Army, hiding under the name Nigerian Army is a clear expansionist intent of Ahmadu Bello's "jihad sword and Koran" using the stooge; Rotimi Amaechi.
This is the strategic basis of the military's involvement in the governorship elections in Rivers state, not for the interest of the people, but for the vital interest of the North. That vital interest is the unchallenged control of South Southern oil, with a stooge in Government house Port Harcourt, that interest which is political economic needed an Awara without any political structure (a check to keep him loyal), in Government house, whom they hoped to use by the twin colonial tactic of divided and rule and indirect rule, to play the Uplanders against the creeks for their effective geopolitical control the way they played Akintola against Awolowo, for the South West to implode and self destruct.....it did, in the wild wild West, it didn't in the Niger Delta.
For if it had, Awara would have won, and under the cover of confusion, the North would have built a bridgehead of control, exploiting the oil from the people who would have been distracted in a senseless Riveriners Upland political crisis of blood. The Riveriners like those in Delta North, who before 2015, were outsiders to the government house, are expected to have their chance in 2023, as the Yewa/Awori in Ogun state.
The facts must be stated bluntly, the FULANI are a numerical minority but political majority, who deploy
• Indirect rule.
• Divide and rule to sustain dominion
• Strategy for the control of governance
STRATEGY FOR THE CONTROL OF GOVERNANCE
Lt-Colonel Nyiam captured FULANI dominion this way:
"Yakubu Gowon was in office but not in power, it was Gen. Murtala Muhammed and Gen. Hassan Katsina that were in charge when Gowon was there. Gowon was a gentleman. Towards the end of Babangida’s years as leader of Nigeria, he was merely in office but not in power."

....is their PRINCIPAL Strategy for dominion of the Nigerian state. To understand how it works the three strata of government, namely the the:
• Strategic
• Operational
• Tactical must be understood
This Strategic of governance is the principal reason way Buhari will never accept restructuring, for restructuring will free the country from their unified control. Any one who feels Buhari will accept restructuring, needs to be woken up from their dream to reality of dominion.
The Strategic level is where policy is MADE, the operational is where policy is INTERPRETED and Tactical is where policy is executed. Born to rule means DOMINANT control at the Strategic and Operational levels of leadership.
Max Siollun (whom we shall soon meet again) captured the principle of Strategy for the control of governance in the first republic, on the 28th page of his book: "Oil, Politics and Violence Nigeria's Military Coup Culture", this way
"....the four most senior posts in the Ministry of Defense were occupied by Northerners. The Defense Minister, Minister of State for the Army, Ministry of Defense permanent secretary and deputy permanent secretary were all Northern (Inuwa Wada, Ibrahim Tako Galadinma, Sule Kolo and Ahmadu Kurfi respectively).
These four men, made Defense policy with the Prime minister. As head of the Army, Ironsi was the interpreting Operational head of the Army, with the rank of Major General whose operational designation was General officer Commanding the Nigerian Army.
What Buhari is doing, is a clear continuation of the model of the 1960s under Balewa, the only difference is that Tinubu has replaced Akintola, Balewa's Ally in the South wast. The strategic partnership for the control of Nigeria is essentially between North West (dorminant partner) who are Fulani and the North East and then to a far lesser degree of influence, based on positions held; the South West.
This is Strategic and Operational analysis of Buhari's leadership, whose concentration of Strategic positions mostly in the hands of FULANI, then the North East and then to a far lesser extent the South West is the strategic analysis of BUHARISM
Witness 2: Professor Nicholas D. Ofiaja
"Fifty years after they blazed a trail as the first Made in Nigeria graduates, the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) is rolling out the drums to honour the 1963 class......Records show that the University of Nigeria admitted 200 persons on October 7, 1960 but 150 persons graduated three years later in 1963. UNN was the first full-fledged wholly indigenous university in Nigeria;"
Ofiaja, Nicholas Dimkpa, B.A., was one of the first 50 graduates of University of Nigeria, in 1963. He was a Professor of Africa Studies, between 1972 and 1980 at City University New York, he was also at Columbia University.
On the 41st page of his 1979, New York published Vintage press, book he titled:
"Stability and Instability in Politics The Case of Nigeria and Cameroun", he wrote:
"With the failure of the Muslim North to overrun Southern Nigeria, they did not give up their hope of religious conquest until the British, under Frederick Lugard, conquered Northern Nigeria. The Northerners took the British conquest and rule as a temporary setback to their ambition. This was well articulated by Abubakar Tafawa Balewa who said that ' if the British depart from Nigeria, the Northern people would continue their interrupted conquest to the sea"
It should be made abundantly clear that Buhari's Northern army of occupation and its biased role in the 2019 election is a tactical operation of Balewa's Strategic intent.
