Nigerians expect Chief Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar to give them justice on the killing of Barrister Olukunle Alexander Fadipe on the 3rd of July,2014

The presence of what looks like a bullet during the autopsy conducted on late Barrister Kunle Fadipe by the coroner is presently raising a dust.

Investigations to the murder of the highly respected lawyer by Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos, Nigeria showed that a bullet was actually lodged on the body of the deceased even though family members are saying that they did not see the assassin carrying a gun during the attack on the 3^rd of July that led to the death of the whistle blower.

In an exclusive interview with this reporter in her home at the highbrow Harmony Estate in Ifako Ijaiye ,a suburb of Lagos,Mrs Kemi Fadipe ,wife of the deceased told Paedia Express in an emotional tone that the man that killed her husband of over two decades was not an armed robber but a paid assassin.

She insisted  that it was vital that her husband’s killers must not be allowed to escape punishment as  was a witness to her the manic took the love of her life.

She speaks:”The Killer said when the incident happened that somebody must die today because he had been injured by my son in a previous duel outside the house when he entered the compound ,it was at this stage that my husband told him that if he had any problems regarding his injuries then he should talk to him as he was Folahan’s father”

“We are now hearing that a bullet was lodged inside my husband’s body during the autopsy conducted on him but to be fair to the situation ,I did not remember the criminal carrying a gun during the attack in fact my husband still had some reservoir of energy to run out for help”

“The attacker stabbed my mother,sister and son but some we were able to pin him to the ground to get support from neighbors around”

“Initially when we got to AB 10 Hospital he was said to be responding to treatment but suddenly he started to gasp for air and foam in the mouth,it was then that I knew that I was losing my husband”

Mrs Fadipe explained that she can recall that her husband had asked her to get some money for the criminal but that due to the tension she could not count what looked like a bundle of cash.

She pointed out that the assailant had not collected the laptop he requested for when he started to slap and stab her husband.

In a related issue,the Chief Medical Director of AB 10 Hospital Limited ,Dr Akin Osho Olukunle Adebayo in an exclusive interview with Paedia Express Multimedia in his office in Lagos, Nigeria said that he actually received and declared Barrister Kunle Fadipe dead 15 minutes after he was brought in by members of his immediate family and spirited neighbors in the pool of his own blood .

He revealed albeit exclusively that the killer had no other intention other than to kill Barrister Kunle Fadipe  as he had stabbed the deceased well over 25 times from the  laboratory investigations as they battled to save him after the blood orgy .

His words:” Barrister Fadipe had several penetrating wounds,Mrr Fadipe told us that the killer kept saying that somebody must die today and from what we can see most of the stabbings were in the back region”

“From my own preliminary opinion ,this was not enough to cause death but I think that he died due to the excessive loss of blood as he got attacked”

“They were calling for help but nobody came to their rescue immediately ,however after demobilizing the killer  they  could not stab him in return but wanted to hand him over to the appropriate quarters”

Dr Adebayo explained to Paedia Express Multimedia that when he saw the deceased he was gasping for air and foaming in the mouth and this was what made them to administer  life support mechanism using oxygen and drips.

He noted that when the 2 pints of blood that was to be used for blood transfusion arrived some minutes later it was too late as Barrister Alexander Olukunle Fadipe had given up the ghost to everybody’s anguish.

Sources later described the killer as a certain Mr Seun Adelabu a.k. Agba ,who was described as a career armed robber and serial killer.

A source said the killer had the habit of spending money as if Naira had gone out of fashion .

He is said to have even promised to kill the owner of a local pharmaceutical firm just days before he killed the human rights lawyer in his residence.

Forensic Checks by Paedia Express Multimedia as at press time also shows that some of those remotely connected to the murderer are now on there heels for fear of been implicated in the  saga.

A source speaks:”He is a Barcelona Fan as he usually spots there club jersey especially on match days,no matter how we argue about football in the viewing centre we all go to he is usually indifferent as he does not talk  much”

Paedia Express Multimedia learnt that Mr Adebayo Serilki, a friend of the killer who is said to live at Number 7 ,Olufemi Ajayi  Street in Ifako Ijaiye  was not originally a Seriki’s biological child but was adopted by his step father at infancy.

It was discovered that upon discovering that his best pal,Agba had committed murder ,Adebayo Seriki is said to have broken into the home of his friend and carted away most of his personal belongings even before the police got there.

Another source told Paedia Express Multimedia that the killer was a good friend of her brother who now lives and works in Dubai.

According to her,Agba had stolen a sum of around N80,000 from her brother previously and it took the intervention of her mother before her brother could relocate to the Middle East.
